I wear Nike every day and any chance I get I want to get to the outlet stores to see what they have. This one was packed full of people well-managed had a long line to check out but went quick. I didn't get any clothes but I did find me a new Nike hat so I picked that up and I'll be back when the sales start and get me some shoes and a couple of new Nike shirts. I'm lucky I only live 30 minutes away from this outlet. I usually get all of my and my family's Nike shoes from here. Great selection and reasonable prices. They always seem to have most sizes in stock. The entire back wall is dedicated to clearance shoes. I always start there. The store is huge. In addition to shoes, they also offer clothing, accessories and more. I can't say I've purchased anything but shoes here though. The store is always busy, no matter what day I visit. On holidays, there's usually a line outside the door. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've never had an issue getting assistance. read more

Nike outlet stores are the same no matter where you go to. This location is a nice size store. A large selection of clothes as well as sneakers. I like the clothes more than the sneakers that are available here. I feel the sneakers are more out of date, and the newer styles are only available online. Not sure how often sales are, but today (6/24/19) 40% off is a great reason to come. read more

If my husband could marry a store - it would be Nike. Now, I have to be honest and say that I love his love and this is because I am very rarely denied my requests for items in this store (he he) but it doesn't mean that I still don't love a bargain. Like I've stated before, we come to NGPO enough for me to know what's a bargain and what's not. The staff are super friendly...I'm pretty sure that it has something to do with the fact that my husband knows all the employees (I wish he'd just get a job in here already!) but even then I see other customers get just as good service. Tip: They regularly have an additional 20% and sometimes 30% off the back wall (the discount, discount stuff). They also regularly have an extra 20, 30 or even 40% off the clearance stuff. My advice? If you are planning to go call ahead to ask if they have any specials and work around it - it's truly worth it. When it was 40% off of the clearance clothes I got about 8 fitted workout tops (the ones with the built in bra) for like like $2.97 each. Yes, for. real. I have to disagree a bit with Lyndsay K., although this store may have stepped their game up since her review in 2011. I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of inventory & choices this store had. Prices & signage were displayed well & everything was neatly hung or folded. My wife and I were on the search for new gym shoes. There's a Nike factory store at sugarloaf mills but the size of the Nike store here, you cannot compare. With the bigger size, the more options and better chance you'll find your size. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and I assume like most weekend days this place is a madhouse. If you can bare the crowd and have some patience, you'll find what you're looking for. First we looked for some shoes for my wife, we found what we were looking for. This is not an easy "feet" because she wears a size 5. After looking in the clearance section, we find a an exact pair for less than half. Score! Then I find a pair for myself (Metcons) for $57. Another score! Although the check out lines are long, they move people through very quickly and efficiently. The people working the registers are always super nice. My only knock on the place are the employees on the floor. I'm not sure what they're doing because it's not helping people. I feel like they're always walking around aimlessly. read more

Mistake #1 - going shopping the weekend before school starts. Mistake #2 - thinking I could walk by the Nike Outlet without going in. Workout clothes are like crack to me. I can't control myself around them. So when I accomplished my Coach goal and thought I could breeze by Nike without looking twice I was kidding myself. While the store was still well organized despite the crazy masses, I was completely underwhelmed by the selection. It actually takes effort for me to walk out of a store like this without spending a ridiculous amount of money, but this time I just couldn't find anything good - no matter how hard I tried. The few things I really wanted weren't discounted much and I even saw a couple of items I recently purchased on nike.com at a lower price. Kinda defeats the outlet purpose. I managed to find 4 running tanks because I just couldn't leave empty handed, but that's where my joy ended. Despite the long lines the checkout moved quickly, so that was a plus. read more

Disappointed with their sales. Not sure why they call it the outlet if they are not going to have 40% or more off. Had to search to find apparel worth buying with a mark down. The store has a decent selection of apparel from tops to bottoms, shoes and sports bras. The sports bras and quality has tanked. I don't think I will purchase another sports bra from Nike. I feel as if they are cheaply made and provide minimum support. All associates were accessible and welcoming. FYI the changing rooms are co-Ed. read more

Went there on the 27th of November, waited in line, the cashier spent more time talking to the manager (which I later found out). The other cashier was banging on the counter showing the Asian woman where to stripped her bank card. These people where discriminated against us because we are Asian. Oh by the way, they let someone cut front of me. I will never go back to this Nike store. Already called mall management, bad experience. read more

I actually wanted to purchase some nikes but it seems that they only produce small sizes and big sizes. I am a size 9 and it is nearly impossible to find any. I guess many men are a size 9 or i am just very unlucky because this has happened to me for several years. Sucks! guess i will shop another brand. read more

I normally don't write reviews, however, was bothered by something that happened at this particular store and felt it should be shared. I took my 12 yr old daughter school shopping here and she selected several shirts and pants that she wanted to try on. Being a preteen and insecure of her body and self image, she wanted me in the dressing room with her to get my opinion on her choices. The dressing room attendant was very adamant that I was not allowed in the dressing room with my daughter. It struck me odd and I thought she was kidding but she said that was the rules. I had to stand outside the dressing room blocking others trying to come in because I did not know when she was ready to open the door so that I could view her outfit while she stood in the dressing room shielded so others couldn't see her. Anyway, if the roles were reversed and I had to try on clothes you better believe that, with all the crazies out there, I am not leaving my child's side in the store by herself because the Nike store associate will not allow her to be in the room with me. I AM HER MOTHER! We are not planning to do anything but try on clothes. The attendant said it's not her fault, she didn't make the rules. Well, I think these rules are ridiculous for a mother and child not to be allowed in the same room together. In some instances these rules may need to be inforced but not this one. read more

My son purchased some shoes there and one of the eyes ripped after less than three months. Unfortunately I didn't have my receipt but could show that I bought them there and on what date. The store manager would not exchange the shoes. He would only give us half the price of the original pair, after less than 90 days, towards a new pair of shoes. In this day and age, a store should be able to verify you bought something there. Lesson learned. If you are buying shoes, do not buy here, go to Zappos!!! read more
