As I walked with Nai Sypraseurt, she placed me into my room. She had a real good positive vibe and friendly approach, which in my book means things are going well. Later in those couple of min of signing some paper work, DR. Lance Porteaus came by to introduce himself to me. The gentlemen was nice and funny like Nai. During my experience it was entertaining bc the Doctor was educating me in the tools he was using, it made things a lot easier bc it kept my focus away from what was happening. The cleaning went well, it was a fun (educational wise) and Nai and Dr Porteaus are pretty funny, they are good individuals. Pain wise: I was numb. Placing the anesthetic was painless ( small poke but it's normal bc it is a needle). Time it took: took maybe an hour. Reasonable because you want the medicine to kick in. Then they ask you how it feels to assure you have a great experience. Cleanliness : Always important, GMP was followed. Thank you lads for assisting me!

My son recognized him as a dentist who made a visit to his school to talk about teeth and it's very easy to see why he's so popular with the little ones. But I've never had such a difficult time to schedule/reschedule an appointment before. I always feel like I have to take time off work or pull my son out of school or wait another month or more. Their hours are terrible. The 7am Fridays would be great if we lived closer but we'd have to leave even earlier to get through traffic and then there's no guarantee we'd be finished in an hour to get to school on time. 2pm closure on Fridays is crazy. And they close at 3pm on Tuesdays and 5pm on the other days. They are always booked solid so good luck if your child gets sick.
