He is in the process of removing my amalgam fillings and uses all of the protocols to do it in the safest most holistic way possible. They use no metals in his office and have a cerec machine which makes crowns, and onlays in the office so you don't have to come back another visit. My son recognized him as a dentist who made a visit to his school to talk about teeth and it's very easy to see why he's so popular with the little ones. But I've never had such a difficult time to schedule/reschedule an appointment before. I always feel like I have to take time off work or pull my son out of school or wait another month or more. Their hours are terrible. The 7am Fridays would be great if we lived closer but we'd have to leave even earlier to get through traffic and then there's no guarantee we'd be finished in an hour to get to school on time. 2pm closure on Fridays is crazy. And they close at 3pm on Tuesdays and 5pm on the other days. They are always booked solid so good luck if your child gets sick.

Rushed appointments, lack of availability in booking, especially for an emergency visit and charges for services that may or may not be necessary. Very disappointing that we have been long time patients here and now with the recent changes and customer service, we may need to find a new provider as lately over the past few years, we do not feel valued as patients.

They were quoting my coverage based on her insurance. But I am told that it is my fault that I should have known my own coverage. Well, that's why I ASKED to double check I was covered when I was there. Then when I called to speak to someone, they told me that checking insurance is just a courtesy. Since when!? I'm not even concerned about actually paying, it's the fact that they are telling people incorrect information. Horrible customer service by the front desk. I will be looking into other dentist offices.
