She referred us to Larry primarily because she knows if he can prequalify you, you're a good client to have. This is probably one of the best referrals I've ever received. Next to a good primary physician, dentist, and hairstylist, a referral to a good mortgage broker is invaluable. Larry was so efficient, comprehensive, patient, and encouraging. Needless to say the mortgage process is a literal pain in the neck and ass. Larry made it not so bad and even took the time to go over with me line-by-line, the terms of the mortgage and spoon fed to me, in layman's terms, what everything meant until I was comfortable with all of the fees as outlined. Never once during the process did I feel like an idiot for not knowing what was happening. Buying a house is almost like having a baby. He promised me to close the loan in 40 days and he didn't keep me updated until the last date. When I realized that things are not going as planned he never responded to my calls or emails. At last I need to find another mortgage broker Alvard Daghbashyan and she closed the loan in 12 days. Larry knew from day one that he couldn't get the loan approval as there were some legal litigation's on my HOA but he never disclosed until last minute that these can be a major issue. He charged $500 on my credit card for home appraisal saying that he will refund towards the end. Larry never pickup your call. You need to leave a voice message and based on the message he may respond. I strongly DO NOT recommend him.
