I have spoken to Joe the director of billing he's rude and argumentative and does t give a clear explanation. It comes off like he's trying to run some fraud with billing. Please beware before you are paying estimated costs. They conveniently never told me the onetime I paid it that my insurance paid it and I had to argue with Joe for my refund. Always let your insurance go through first before you give a dime to this place.

After receiving multiple confirmation texts over the past month, and confirming each, today I received a notification of a bill estimate for my appointment. Today is the 29th. I call them to update my insurance information, as I was recently married. Billing informs me that my appointment was cancelled on the 18th. I'm transferred to scheduling, who tells me it was cancelled on the 20th. My appointment that I made a year ago. My appointment that I make every year, at the very end of the calendar year. They insist that they left a message, which I never received, informing me that a provider I have never heard of is no longer with their location, and that I would need to reschedule, and that the appointment would be cancelled if they didn't hear back from me. This after receiving, literally five hours ago, an estimate of my balance that would be due for the service that was apparently cancelled over a week ago. They cannot book me within the calendar year now. The entire point of scheduling it at this time is for my insurance. I drive an hour to their location when I could go literally anywhere closer. My question is--if the appointment had to be rescheduled regardless, why would they say the appointment was cancelled because I didn't call back (to the voicemail I never received)? If it was simply a provider issue, they didn't inform me the first time they changed my provider for that appointment slot. I have always seen the same provider, and now that provider only works in telehealth. So the provider they replaced her with was done without informing me, and no appointment was cancelled whenever that happened. So why was it cancelled this time, when ostensibly it was the same situation? Why was I told two different dates for when the appointment was supposedly cancelled? Why would I receive a bill today for a service that was cancelled last week? I am beyond frustrated. I was told there was absolutely no way they could honor my original appointment, which again, I made a year ago. I don't know how much money they've made from me over the past four or five years, but I always opted for the additional recommended tests that aren't traditionally covered by insurance. I was prioritizing my health. I've even defended their excessive billing practices to friends I've personally recommended after they ultimately had a poor experience with their office. But I'm telling you now, don't waste your time or your money with the Wright Center. It's simply not worth it. They clearly have no regard for their own commitments.

He is super thorough, approachable, caring and incredibly knowledgeable. You will not leave his office with any questions unanswered running through your head like I have with most doctors I've seen in the past. When you enter the office, you'll notice that it doesn't feel "clinical" like a normal doctors office because of their laid-back atmosphere. Dr. Adam Ramsey has a reputation of doing things a different way in order to make your experience pleasant. He strives to do the little things that matter to you and make it as comfortable as possible. His staff is also very pleasant and professional. The wait times are average, and I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes if I know the care I will receive in return is exceptional! I feel really lucky and privileged that I've found such an amazing doctor and wish all women all over the world could find the same level of care!

She seems to firmly believe in Health At Every Size, and has never commented on my weight. The nurses ask if I want to be weighed each time, but they always respect my decision. Dr. Kelly is kind, intelligent, analytical, and respectful. I have come to her with issues I'd be shy to take to a different doctor, but she has always treated me well. She's taken a critical look at medications and raised issues that other doctors had not (for example: one med might be causing some pain I'm experiencing). The office staff have worked me in when I needed to be seen right away. The office is comfortable with almost all chairs being bench-style without arms, and parking is easy. They have large blood pressure cuffs and use paper draping sheets instead of gowns when possible. My only quibbles are a.) the office is older (but functional and comfortable) and b.) I have found it best to schedule an appointment if I need forms filled out and hand them directly to Dr. Kelly. She's happy to take care of them, but in the past I'd dropped off a form and it was never completed. I still cannot recommend her highly enough!
