Our sales person suggested we try the thrift store in the same strip mall. I found a twin/full metal frame that I wanted to buy. They were on the sales floor in a 55 gallon barrel with the top cut off. Before I could reach for it, I was told that I can't just free roam the furniture area. I saw other people (woman) looking, so I asked the woman why. She told me that fear people will switch tags. I informed her that I want to buy a twin/full metal bed frame. All the metal bed frames of that style were marked $25.00. In an effort to nice about it, I asked if she could call up the register. Then inform they it was $25. She wouldn't do that. I had to wait for a male employee to show up. He showed up 20 mins later. She watched me the entire top we waited. When he arrived, I told him I wanted to buy a twin/full bed frame. He looked at me funny. I was questioned as why I pick up it up, and take it to the register. My son pointed at the woman, and she unleashed hell on my 9 year old son. She used curse words and called us "tag switchers". In an effort to defend my son, I informed her all the ones of that style were $25. I suggested that cashiers knew they were all $25, and the woman unleashed hell on me. In an effort to avoid any further issue, I asked the male to walk us to the door of the store. I didn't want to give the woman the opportunity to say we stole something. As we walked to the door, the woman screamed at us at top of her lungs. When I saw the frames were $25, I was happy. The furniture store wanted $79.99. I would have gladly paid $25 for one. This woman thought I guilty of trying to switch tags, so I was automatically guilty. Not all white men are bad. Please, stop judging us!

I contacted Dan, the business owner and stated I did not want the Frigidaire unit. He stated that I had to have it repaired and he would not replace it. Still did not work. He left me without a refrigerator over the Labor Day weekend, and it was not working for a total of 66 days! I again contacted Dan and he became irritated and stated that I am not to call him, and I am not allowed to come in the store! He added that he is done with me! I lost hundreds of dollars of food, but I guess Dan's problem was resolved. The unit remains problematic and has seen 10 service calls. Frigidaire was willing to replace the unit but Dan, emphatically stated "NO WAY". Now I know why their name is BITTER Neuman!
