Patrick from Maverick Paving & Masonry assured us that the impending rain would not impact the quality of our paving, but a quick internet search proved that to be untrue. They paved anyway, and then to make it worse, they ran out of material for the last few feet of driveway. The crew had to leave and come back, which caused them to pave the last few feet over puddles of water as it poured. There is an ugly line across the driveway between the first pave and the second, and our research says that the driveway won't last as long without cracking, due to paving in the rain. There is also a problem with a concrete sill they laid, and Patrick and the company are ghosting us by saying they will come and then standing us up THREE TIMES so far without calling. We should have known it was a company without integrity when we reported to Patrick the 6-pack of empty Snapple bottles and Gatorade bottles that the workers took without asking. We would have been happy to give them, but you can't just take! He said he talked to them, but he never said sorry or offered to pay for them. Do not use Maverick Paving & Masonry! Unprofessional, poor workmanship, and they'll ghost you instead of fixing a problem.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work done at my house by Concrete Chiropractor! Kris Winters,…read morethe owner, is very responsive and quickly answered my phone call and emails. He is extremely knowledgeable and offered me so much valuable advice about the damp basement issue at my house. His pricing is very fair and reasonable. Matt, the master craftsman who actually did the work at my house, was amazing! He went above and beyond my expectations. The job is absolutely perfect. If I could rate this fabulous company 10 stars out of 5, I would. I highly recommend Concrete Chiropractor! (¯`'*.¸(¯`'*.¸(¯`'*.¸F A N T A S T I C¸.*'´¯)¸.*'´¯)¸.*'´¯)

Our driveway was 6 inches lower than our garage and the walkway wasn't lined up to the driveway or patio. After a few outrageously expensive estimates from several companies and a few aggressive sales pitches I came across Concrete Chiropractor. The estimation process was simple as they asked me to take pictures and included a guide on how to do it. They followed up with a phone call and explained the process to me. They then sent me a DocuSign document (contract) and told me they would be in touch to schedule in a few weeks. When the crew showed up they again explained the process and in just a few hours everything was fixed perfectly and the price was fair. In fact they don't haggle or play games just give a fair price for the work.

Wow, these guys are true professionals. We recently purchased an old home that passed inspection…read more We had Ben Grano come in based on a referral from a friend for an estimate on concrete work. He immediately noted issues in the basement that the previous owner covered up with lots of Drylock paint that were not caught by the home inspector. He recommended replacing some columns under the main beam as well as adding in three pilaster columns to support the main beam and the walls after he noted cracking in the concrete blocks. We also decided to do a french drain at the same time. Ben gave us a written estimate that was incredibly detailed and easy to understand. On the first day of the job, Gene Grano arrived with the crew and emptied our basement before setting up, covering anything left there and laying down plywood in our driveway and on the grass. Once the crew started breaking the floor near the walls, they found that our home had no footing and the walls were built right on top of the dirt. The central columns were also laying on top of the floor with no footings. Ben and Gene explained everything to us and went over options. We were very upset about the situation but they reassured us and went over the game plan. The crew was awesome. They worked nonstop Monday through Saturday and were very polite and professional. The entire job was complete in just under three weeks and we are incredibly happy with the outcome and we know that the job was done right and our home will be safe and secure for years to come. Every part of the job was explained and shown to us. The crew did a great job cleaning up every day. We could not be more happy with Mario Grano And Sons LLC and are happy to refer them to anyone. We also look forward to having them back next year to redo our concrete patio.

His crew is very punctual, on time every morning, and clean the work area every evening to make it safe to walk on or across while the cement cures. We needed our whole front porch replaced due to it sinking and separating from the house. We had them install a nice size patio and sidewalk, pitched away from house, to keep the ground water away from foundation. While they were at it, we had them redirect our gutter downspouts directly to the street. Will be calling them back for a driveway update soon.

Anthony provided a detailed quote for our patio, outlining quality work at a great value. It was also the only quote with a flexible pricing model that allowed us to consider a few different pavers for the job without needing an updated quote each time. This helped us decide on a preferred paver that kept us in budget and achieved our vision for the space. Anthony's team did a great job and we're very happy with the result.

We immediately noticed one block with a chipped corner right in a very visible spot. We could not understand why the mason did not at least turn that block another way to make the chip not seen, like place it on the inside of the planter box.  But since then, we've noticed many blocks with nicks on the edges or corners chipped off.  I can't help but wonder if we got blocks from a reject pile. We wish we had just walked away back when we were strung along over scheduling.  In all ways, we felt like our job was too small for his best effort.
