I think this place gets a bad rap. I walked in around noon on a week day and was greeted by both people on staff and answered any questions I had. I found some killer hats I had been on the hunt for a while. Came here on saturday to pick up a birthday gift. Love this store. It's a little on the small side but they carry everything. Well almost everything. They have a huge variety of team shirts, tanks, jerseys, jackets and sweaters. Sizes are well stocked to. I was able to find a Los Angeles Rams shirt here in a 2x. On top of the amazing selection of apparel, they also carry hats, beanies, bumper stickers, key chains, cups, kids and baby clothing and more. I don't know how they pack it all in here but they do. First of all very horrible customer service. I was trying to return a shirt that didn't fit, and The girl that work their accuse me of wearing it, which I didn't, and I had told her I didn't but she still accuse me of wearing it. And then she said that she can't return it because it didn't have a tag on it, but when I bought it they had to get a similar shirt to ring it up. Then she went on saying that if they had rang it up with no tag they would of wrote it down on the receipt. All and all it was just horrible, I would never go back their again, and if you choose to still shop here and would like to return something just be ready to put up a fight. This is the worse experience i ever had at a store the manager was rude attitude problem and very unhelpful. I got a sweatshirt for Christmas and tried to exchange it and she would not because I didn't have a receipt. I didn't see wht it was a problem only trying to exchange it all the tags was still on the sweatshirt. The worst customer service ever.I purchased a Dodger Beanie but the little ball fell off as soon as I brought it home.I went back to Pro image that same day and was treated like a criminal by the sales associate Cat who made faces while she examined the product and her tone when she said this would be the final exchange due to me removing the tags even though I brought the tags back. I was a customer for 3 years but this was the first time I had to return product but I will never return to Pro Image Downey again! read more
