My first appointment was with Dr. Wiese to establish care, get x-rays, and set up my routine cleaning schedule. From the moment I walked in, I knew I'd made the right choice. What impressed me immediately was that they gave me a full tour of the practice during my first visit, something I'd never experienced at a dental office before! This transparency made me feel welcome and showed they have nothing to hide. The office is immaculate, and their sanitation practices are clearly taken seriously. From check-in to check-out, every staff member was professional, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Wiese was thorough and took time to explain each step of the process. The x-rays were done efficiently, and the initial exam was comprehensive without feeling rushed. They clearly prioritize preventive care and patient education. The quality of care exceeded my expectations. Dr. Wiese was gentle, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about my dental health and concerns. Steep, but we want to take care of her amalgams safely so we figured it was worth it. She arrived for her appointment six minutes late and was told to wait in her car. She wasn't brought in until 30 minutes after her scheduled appointment, the dentist spent under 10 minutes with her and said "you don't have that much metal in your mouth" before leaving the room. My mom asked for the treatment plan and costs and the front desk staff said they'd have to talk to the dentist who was now unavailable, so my mom said to just email her with it. The dentist gave her no details about mercury amalgam removal, what it entails, why it's important, and what she could expect. Nothing. It was an enormous waste of time and money. Feels very much like an office consumed with making money, not caring for and informing patients.

I feel this community should know about the not so great experiences, as well. My kids and I have been going to CSS since 2016. I joined their payment club. This means I and they received dental check ups, cleanings, and x-rays at a regular pace for 10 years. I recently had to have a tooth extracted because it rotted in my head. I am now paying thousands and enduring multiple procedures to have an implant placed. When the surgeon looked at my tooth, he could not believe that I had had "regular" dental care. He said he could fix the damage but that he strongly recommended (demanded) that I find a different dentist. So I did. At the new dentist, it was revealed that two fillings of one of my children were failing and had decay under them. These teeth had just been seen by CSS a month prior - no mention was made of this failing. This means my child could have also lost two adult teeth to untreated decay. All while I paid for the monthly club. In addition to this, over the years I have received a faulty mouthguard that had to be replaced, a crown that does not fit in my mouth correctly, and been sent to an oral surgeon for a consult on wisdom teeth that were more than two years from erupting.
