Jessica and one other. The other "Ran" away after I advised o wanted to sell "as is", not enough commission I'm guessing. When Jessica contacted me and saw the home, I have to admit I thought she was going to run as well. However, I was totally wrong!! She explained her strategy and ideas and she started working her magic. During the process I took notice of the outstanding qualities she brings to her clients. Maintenance, the one time we called him in the entire year did not show up for 6 appointments, and then completed it incorrectly. Annual inspection was extremely invasive. He took 360 degree photos of every possession we had, including my closet, and decor. Refused to prorate with deployment orders. Took the entire 30 days to return security deposit and took 400$ for prior existing scratches on an exterior door, and not cleaning. Which is almost laughable. The house was in better condition when we left than it was on move in. We have rented for close to 14 years together, and never had a single issue. We will be sure to let fellow military families know to avoid ERA, we certainly will be when we return this year. #rudeaf #moneygoblins
