Months ago, when the bride and groom were planning the wedding, I went along with them for their first meeting with Presidential. All three of us agreed: their portfolios were beautiful, and within a half hour we had the best feeling about them. There was no doubt they could be trusted to do a great job on the big day. After seeing firsthand their devotion, warmth, and professionalism, I recommend Presidential Photography to anyone who's lucky enough to land a date with them. Once upon a time, I took an intro photo class at the Yale School of Art with a teacher I will never forget, who is a big-time fine art photographer. Alisha reminds me a lot of her. She has that magic quality of being able to put people completely at ease. She is obviously a naturally visual person and will capture those photos that other people don't even see. You can tell she is in the business because it's her passion, and you can't fake that. You could look at a half-dozen different photographers and go on and on weighing the pros and cons, but let me save you the added stress. I spent the whole day with them and the bridal party, and they actually enhanced the mood. If you didn't know better, you would have thought they were old friends of the bride and groom. They get to know YOU first so that can capture what makes you and for family special. The day of the session both of my kids were in rare form (not in a good way) and I was super anxious. I was convinces all of the shots would be bad considering most of them I am restraining my preschooler and the baby refused to look at the camera. Rob is a miracle worker and took what seemed to me as a hopeless situation and captured some one of a kind shots. They were all so good my husband and I had the hardest time narrowing them down.
