I was a groomsman at my friends' wedding this weekend, photographed by Alisha and her assistant. I was so impressed with them that I knew I had to write a review here as soon as possible.
Months ago, when the bride and groom were planning the wedding, I went along with them for their first meeting with Presidential. All three of us agreed: their portfolios were beautiful, and within a half hour we had the best feeling about them. There was no doubt they could be trusted to do a great job on the big day.
After seeing firsthand their devotion, warmth, and professionalism, I recommend Presidential Photography to anyone who's lucky enough to land a date with them. Once upon a time, I took an intro photo class at the Yale School of Art with a teacher I will never forget, who is a big-time fine art photographer. Alisha reminds me a lot of her. She has that magic quality of being able to put people completely at ease. She is obviously a naturally visual person and will capture those photos that other people don't even see. You can tell she is in the business because it's her passion, and you can't fake that.
You could look at a half-dozen different photographers and go on and on weighing the pros and cons, but let me save you the added stress. I spent the whole day with them and the bridal party, and they actually enhanced the mood. If you didn't know better, you would have thought they were old friends of the bride and groom. How often do you hear people say that about wedding photographers? If you're considering Presidential, go for it. They're amazing. read more
