During my massage, I repeatedly noticed the smell of someone passing gas. I wasn't sure where it was coming from, so I didn't say anything at the time. After our session, while we were getting dressed, my husband mentioned before I even brought it up, that his masseuse fart 2/3 times. He said he believed it was coming from her because her lower body was positioned very close to his head during parts of the massage. This was extremely distracting and made what should have been a relaxing experience uncomfortable. We have had many massages over the years and have never experienced anything like this before. I understand that unexpected things can happen, but maintaining professionalism and consideration for clients is important in an environment where therapists work in such close proximity to them. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future clients can have the relaxing experience they expect
