If you want a great leg and foot massage paired with a gentle and soothing pedicure, go with Windy. She has strong hands for massaging my tired legs and feet but gentle on my toes and cuticles. She chuckles from time to time and asks about your day with a soothing smile. She's so good natured and jolly and doesn't rush through the service. I went with the deluxe pedicure package with milk + honey and I think it's a fair price at $50 especially with a massage and then she uses the hot stone at the end for another round of massages. There's soft Vietnamese music that plays in the background and I dozed off several times which never happens to me at a nail salon. I've had some pretty bad experiences in other salons in Seattle so as long as she's still working this will be my go to for a pedicure. read more

My mom and I have been coming here for over a year for gel manicures and pedicures and they EAT every time. The staff is exceptionally kind and professional and the prices are great for the area. Definitely recommend an appointment if you can so the staff can plan ahead but they also seem to accommodate as much as possible to walk ins. Love these folks read more

Just moved to Seattle and found my nail salon! Viet did my pedicure with so much care and attention, and the massage was amazing. He did not hurt or cut me and made sure the nail shape/polish was perfect. Prices are very reasonable, with my regular pedicure being $38. Will definitely be coming here often! read more

I've been here twice now and have been so happy with the service and my nails! The staff here are friendly and welcoming. They take delicate and meticulous care if you need polish or fake nails removed. I've been to places where they're rough and not careful but that is not the case here. You can tell they care about their work! Ha did my nails this last time and created the design based on an example I showed her. Their online reservation is very straight forward and you can easily pick and choose what services you would like. I've done dip and shellac manicures and have been very pleased with the results! I've been to Nina Nails a few times before, but the service this time was extremely disappointing. I went in for a pedicure, and the technician skipped key steps--no massage, no cuticle oil, and no care given to whether my nail polish was dry. I was left sitting in the chair for 15 minutes with no follow-up. It was only when I walked to the counter to pay that she showed up--just to ask for a tip. When I didn't tip her due to the poor service, she actually cursed at me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

By far the worst nail salon ! I originally thought I called another salon and name with the same number on yelp !! Please check as I just looked aside and decided to try them anyways ! it was the day after thanksgiving so many salons were closed but they were open , I just wanted my pedicure and manicure , to only end up getting a pedicure because of the lack of service and work ! I paid for the best pedicure $55 with gel $65 total ( $10'for gel) and it was the worst basic pedicure I've ever had ! First time coming here after the switch in ownership and I'm so impressed! Wonderfully clean, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere! Each item they use a product it smells so good! Also, I Felt like I wasn't rushed and was at ease. Tested out with a basic pedicure but I will be buying their special ones next time! Only feedback I'd give: 1) their regular polishes seem old and discolored. Only found a few that haven't been filled to extend life. Selection is good though! 2) another salon that doesn't put lotion on the heels of the feet actively avoiding it. Haha like the 3rd I've found. I booked an appointment for 2 pedicures and a manicure, and when they started the pedicure we were told they couldn't do any design one color. I specifically came to this nail salon bc the reviews said they do really good nail design. 30 mins into the pedicure and worker comes over day they can't do any design bc didn't have time time lady was truly rude and respectful. If they don't have time then don't book over the phone for services you can't provide. Super frustrating now I have nails that are not at all what I was paying for. I used to come to this nail salon when it may have been under different owner. Now I remember why I stopped. Rudeness, time management on the salons part. At the end of the day I'm paying for a "spa" service, not rudeness. read more

Ha, Wendy and Lan are fantastic. My usual go to was candy apple red for manis and pedis, but Ha helped me do fun colors and go outside of my comfort zone (in a good way!). Parking is convenient and they have great, prompt service. Will definitely be back! read more

Super cute location that is on the second floor which has a nice overview. I got the deluxe pedicure with include a paraffin wax soak and a nice massage with hot stones. Price was $55, and well worth it. Relaxing and clean atmosphere, didn't smell like typical nail products. read more

My friend and I visit every 3 months whether we need a pedicure or not. The place is cozy, smaller with more personal service than the larger spas nearby. Wonderful foot and leg massages and hugely relaxing message chairs. Nice view out the 2nd story window into a beautiful tree. I don't know Ha and Wendy's secret but my nails have never chipped. They will will accommodate walk ins if they can but an appointment diverts possible disappointment. This is my happy place. read more

I usually get shellac here and it always comes out great. Ha is an AMAZING technician, I constantly get compliments on my nails. She made my NYE nails even better than the photo I showed her. The older lady did the holly design, they are 3 weeks old in the pic with no chips. read more

Went in for a simple cleanup nail trim mani pedi and they didn't even trim toes until I had to ask. Barely did the minimum that I could have done at home in 10 minutes. Not my first mani pedi, but they try to do as little as possible assuming you don't know anything. Don't go here. read more

Just experienced 100% racial discrimination. I walked in at 3:35 and asked for a pedicure. Only 2 people are in the salon being serviced. The lady asked me to come back tomorrow. I left but immediately called and changed my voice and asked for pedicure availability. I was told yes, to come at 6. Funny how things work when they don't know you're black. After that happened I went back in and asked who answered the phone. Then I asked why was I told to come back another day but the "person" on the phone was told to come in? An excuse was given but I asked well why wasn't I just told to come back at the time the person on the phone was told to come in. No answer. So yeah, they discriminate against black people so if you're black or against discrimination of any kind, don't give this establishment your business. read more

Went to Ninas a couple of weeks before xmas because Apollo was full. Booked a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Had to remove existing gen on hands. The did the common cotton doused in nail polish remover but then picked up the little electric sander called a DRAMEL to remove the existing gel. I expressed my concern and asked if technician could just use the remover, she said this was faster. I left the place with good looking nails and hacked up cuticles. I had gel removed mid January and TRAGICALLY saw that my nails were effectively sanded down to nothing. I am writing this review 8 weeks after having my nails done at Ninas and still dealing with nails splitting down the middle (owie), nails folding where nail hits the skin and many many snags on thumbs. Lesson for me- trust my instincts! I should have refused the use of DRAMEL on my regularly very healthy nails! read more

This business does good work! I have been coming to this location for years and while they are not the fanciest place, they take their time. I like the new owners as much if not more than the previous. They always offer to change my polish if I am not sure of the color I picked once it goes on. I have observed them being polite and fair to customers when I am there. I will continue to support and recommend this small business to my friends. read more

Pretty salon with nice natural light. Good prices. I went to get acrylics removed and a gel mani, and the man removing my set went to try and pop them off with a nail tip before I stopped him and asked to soak them off properly. So that wasn't great. But then I got handed over to Max, who gently and meticulously gave me a lovely manicure with neat, simple gels. The woman next to me looked like she was getting a nice tidy gel manicure as well. I will probably return for more gels. read more

Excellent customer service, high level of professionalism and expertise with details about each service to help me make the best informed decision about what nail set to get. Needed a fill last minute and made the mistake of giving then another chance-worst mistake. Don't expect them to change, they are through and through not worth any of your money. They removed my polish that was done perfectly by my normal nail tech (she was on a long vacation)-and after they started the fill that is when they decided to check of the color they I chose when I walked in-was not actually available. Very uncool. Then I quickly chose another color, they tried so hard to convince me that color was the one I chose. I've done chrome and know every color there and elsewhere-to asked for a lighter blue chrome and they were delusional on telling me their chrome silver was the blue. It wasn't. I them chose a 3rd color-oh no they didn't have that either. All of these colors are displayed in the baskets for people to choose from. Their baskets are extremely outdated, chipped af and they don't at all guarantee most of them are actually available. The second tech cut my finger again with their awful, old, unsanitized tools. She filed them down so raw and tries to gaslight me when I mentioned it to her after letting the first pass. Go anywhere else or just wait for your normal angel tech to be available before you make any mistakes. read more

We booked an appointment 1 week in advance for a manicure and pedicure. On the day of service, they were overbooked and did our service in a rush. They kept telling us they don't have time while they entertained walk-ins. Most employees can't communicate in English so it gets difficult to explain them anything. The nails were different than what we chose (from their own catalog). Pedicure was ok. The overall service is not clean and the finishing isn't good. Experience was bad and one of the employees was lazy and rude. Wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I really used to love coming to this place! The staff is very friendly and I love their appointment system but I am so upset with my nails!! The acrylic powder that they use is BAD!! I've been getting acrylics for the past 10 years and have never experienced so many broken nails, until I started coming here. I just got my nails done last week and three of them already broke! This happened a few months ago as well and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but never again. They charge so much for poor quality. Please change the powder that you use, it's trash! read more

It pains me to write this review because I have been going here for years…read more I got a gel manicure last Friday. The front desk girls were nice. The initial first half of my appointment was fine. Things shifted towards the second half of my appointment. I accidentally dipped my hands back in water after my nails were filed and buffed. The tech I was working with (Lily) seemed visibly annoyed with me. I felt very awkward for the rest of my appointment. After that happened, she was weirdly pushy and abrupt with my hands while curing the gel nails under the LED light. That wasn't even the worst part. During the gel application, I saw this girl wipe her cleanup brush with extra alcohol directly onto the granite countertop, then use the same brush directly on my skin to clean the excess gel on my hands. I have always seen techs here use a paper towel (or another white towel) for this. I was so grossed out. To top off this experience, the hot towel and hand massage at the end of my appointment was super rushed and not thorough at all. So disappointing. I hope this was a fluke, but sad to say I will probably be going elsewhere.

The salon is clean and spacious and is decorated very adorable in girly accents and flowers. There's lots of parking around the business but the stalls are small. The service is friendly and helpful. The owner Jenny has done my nails both times and always strives to deliver the design you want. She pays attention to small details and makes sure your nails are flawless. My tip: Bring a couple photos to show them as examples of the designs you want.

Let's start with me carrying all my luggage on my way to airport stupidly early because we know how it is. I'm starving and need a pedicure badly! I make the call while I'm on the train 20min ahead to see if they have time and a tech for my feet. Receptionist says come right in and I do carry on and suitcase in tow. I select a color and take a chair. I love that she confirmed the color on my toe before continuing because it turns out it was too light and too opaque so I went for something more vibrant and somewhat gauche. Great spot, super affordable and I went next door to grab egg rolls and bubble tea before getting back on the train. I wish they offered tea or water. I'll be going back soon! Maybe Mother's Day!
