Went looking for a suit for my daughters prom without any clue on where to start. After looking at Macy's and being shocked by the prices, we stumbled upon Pheroni by chance on our way to check out JCPenny. Long story short, the very nice and patient sales lady helped us find the proper size and color suit, vest, pants, shirt and tie, and everything cost us a third of what it would have cost us at the other stores! We would have gladly paid double what the store charged because the customer service was exceptional and amazing. Pheroni's had some nice Stacy Adams, Stetson's, felt, and straw hats. Not a huge selection. They also had coats, dress shirts, ties, and some dress shoes too. Good customer service. I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed any assistance. I had a $50 gift certificate and just wanted a hat. I told him I was just looking for a hat and just wanted to look around. Salesman left me alone and didn't pester me every other minute. Good experience and I'd go back to browse the hats if I'm back at the Vintage Fair Mall. read more

Pheroni is a great place to buy a suit. I am a weird size so I had to come back several times to get it just right but Nabil and Nermine were super helpful and never once charged me for all the extra work needed to make me feel as good as they made me look. I purchased two of the best looking suits I have ever seen from Pheroni. I really feel great in them and people are constantly complimenting me on them. They are made of great material and I could not be happier. Perhaps the most important thing I should talk about here is their absolutely incredible customer service. At Pheroni they treat you like family and take good care of you. I can tell that they truly do want you 100% happy with your purchase and turning heads with your suit everywhere you wear it. They do an excellent job at making that happen. The staff at Pheroni are true champions of customer service. They are very personable, kind, and approachable. Great Place. Fantastic place Nermine is the best and she knows her stuff. Needed a 52/54 size suit. After going to Men's Wearhouse and being treated like a leper and visiting JCP and finding only 2 jackets that kinda fit I called Pheroni's. The nice woman (Nermine) that answered said they had lots of colors and suits in that size. Went the next day, very personable, very professional, very accommodating. Nermine is the best. She knew what to do, what needed to be altered and had it ready on Saturday, I came in on Thursday. No one else has that kind of turn around for alterations. This place is the best and I will be back to purchase more suits. A 3 piece suit for $250. Can't beat that. Plus they have shirts, ties, bow ties, shoes. Jackets alone at the other places are almost that price. I repeat, I will be back and will send everyone I know that needs a suit to Pheroni read more

Customer service was very poor. The lady at the desk gave us many looks and treats us as if we couldn't afford anything (which we can). She keep trying to rush us and complained about the time we took to try to make sure we found the right suit for a friend. We were in need of a suit at the last minute, and Pheroni took care of us on so many different levels. We came into the store right before it closed (due to a long drive and 2 fussy babies) the owner took care of us even though it meant her having to stay over 30 minutes and take the suit to a different location for last minute alterations so it would be ready in time for the funeral. We really appreciated her willingness to help. We found the perfect suit for my husband. They had such a huge variety of beautiful pieces, and a wide range of prices so there are things that are affordable, as well as expensive. My husband was overwhelmed with finding a suit that would fit him, but after Pheroni took care of him, he was excited and confident. He got so many compliments at the funeral. This is the place to go if you need a suit for any occasion. It is family owned by dedicated and kind people with great taste. I regret not taking more photos at the funeral! Wow. I was appalled at how rude the lady was!! I walked in looking for a dark green suit. Keep in mind, I walked in wearing a JA charcoal suit, as I had just gotten off work. She proceeded to show me a teal suit, and then an olive one right next to it. I told her I was looking for something more of a Forrest green. She laughed and told me good luck. Not only did she act like she didn't want to help me (she was on her phone when I walked in) but she was so rude that I will never come back. Terrible! read more

Pheroni is one of the best men's stores I've seen. Not only did I find what I needed for my dad, but the service was great. The family environment is present with a father and son (I assume) both working as graceful gentlemen to provide excellent service. I will definitely be back for more shirts and maybe a hat. Didn't know I could rent suits for the wedding but they do rent out suits for way cheaper than men's wear house and other places around MODESTO. The lady there helped me out so much!
