Fortunately they took off my late charge. Also want to note that they mentioned floor may sweat if you want to put plastic down. We opted not to and floor was wet most of May. Owner said it was an unusual year. I wish they would do partial rent. We closed on a new house and I tried to pay for just a week but they said no.
