I always look for the best reviewed place to do business. I noticed two bad reviews on Yelp…read moreregarding this place. However, in the reviews themselves those customers expectations were unrealistic. All the reviews on Google were exceptional so I scheduled a consultation. Marcy at Glow Wigs is the real deal. She is kind, experienced, service oriented and spends as much time making you understand the options available to you as she does with the fit and cut. Her inventory is extensive, the quality is second to none and she is a delight to spend an hour with. I not only purchased a wig (partial) and some supplies from her but I would do it again in a heartbeat. If you need a solution to hair loss I would encourage to spend an hour with Marcy before you do anything else. Thank you Marcy!

As a breast cancer patient going through chemotherapy, I was at one of the most vulnerable times of…read moremy life. Instead of feeling supported, I left my experience with Glow Wigs feeling misled and ignored. I was persuaded to purchase an $800 wig after being told that a charity would contribute $300 toward the cost. I was instructed to pay the full $800 up front and simply email the charity afterward because I was led to believe I would receive the $300 reimbursement. After I followed those instructions, I discovered that the charity actually paid Glow Wigs directly. I repeatedly called and left messages asking for an explanation, but my calls were never returned. While trying to survive chemotherapy and manage the physical and emotional toll of cancer treatment, I did not have the strength to continue chasing a company that refused to respond. Cancer patients put their trust in businesses that claim to serve them. We deserve honesty, transparency, and compassion--not silence. Shame on Glow Wigs for failing to return my calls and leaving a cancer patient to deal with this alone. Whether this was poor communication or poor business practices, the outcome was the same: I paid $800 for a wig after a charity had already contributed $300, and no one at Glow Wigs would even take the time to explain it. I hope no other cancer patient has to experience what I did.
