I felt very exploited. They had my computer for over a month, kept telling me there were additional…read morethings wrong with it. I paid extra with the guarantee it would be ready by a certain date, they did not do this (I needed it for work). I paid over $700... My advice - find out what is wrong with your computer, by the part yourself and fix it for more than half the cost and time! Or go to a local, smaller run computer business which is more invested in helping people rather than exploiting them. I think this business depends on the problem with your computer, obviously mine required a part so they couldn't fix it on the spot, so they began a ridiculous exploitation process with me. Extremely angry and unhappy with this service.
