All Creatures Animal Hospital Murrieta California (AKA) Deaths Door This Mad Man Dr. Ahmed nearly killed my beautiful German Shepherd by letting him hang from a leash tied to a bar high over head. His entire neck skin and hair was ripped of down to the red oozing subcutaneous layers of skin, resulting in ligature marks encircling his entire neck. His injuries were so severe that his visit to another vet was described as mortal wounds. The swelling from the trauma to his neck was interfering with his breathing. It was like he was still being strangled. When I saw the condition of my dog I asked Dr. Death what happened and he told me he had no idea, and that my dog must have scratched himself that way. The assessment from the good reputable vet suggested that this dog must have been restrained with a wide very strong strap around his neck for a very long time. The ligature marks are consistent with being hung from a height much higher than my my dogs height. The ligature marks circled his neck and continued in a upward pulled direction far behind the back of his right ear. Right where you would expect it to be if the dog was not able to put is front feet on to the floor. The extreme damage had to take many hours of pulling and struggling while hanging and unable to get any slack in the strap at all until finally released by someone. Now imagine my 105 lb German Shepard hanging by his neck overnight, fighting so desperately to free himself that he wore all of the hair and multiple layers of skin from him neck. Most likely never getting any relief until one of the sick twisted individuals who work there or even Dr Death himself decides to have mercy or more likely enough greed to try to pass this mistreated, abused, neglected animal for a patient that he has helped and to the tune of 3 thousand dollars.. This is the amount he requested for the pleasure of tormenting my dog and probably a good laugh shared between him and the people who show up there every single day and participate in the ungodly activities that thrills the sickness in this man. There is no end to the number complaints all over the internet that describle this Monster to the T. I plan to file every complaint known to man to be sure that my dogs torture is literlly visible to any one who might fing themself and their pet inthe same situation as me and Budah are today. Dr. Death licsene and ability to practive in on probation. This man is not supposed to be diagnosing or treatomg any animals. Yet he ignores the law and subs his nose at the owners of the pets he tortures. I will not stand by and stay quiet. I will make as much noise as i can possible think of. He will wish that he had lived up to the medical hypocratic oath of "DO NO HARM". Any one who reads my complaint, please reach out to me and share your story and concerns. I took my dog to a reputable vet.. and received a diagnosis and treatment plan that is in stark contrast to the fly by night fantasy planned by the sick man at All creatures Dr. Amed. I took this report to him today and demaned "All of my money" back. I informed him of the background check that I ran on him which clearly states that his licsense to practice in in a Probabtion. This mean that he is not able to diagnose nor provide any treatment to any pet until he is cleared by the Medical Vetrinarian Association.... He scoffed but did NOT deny this status. I challenged him to prove that he is leagally able to perform any treatments or diagnosis and of course he was not able to do so. He made several efforts to distract my purpose for being the with a lot of double talk about smiling and being happy. I made it clear to him that there would be no smiles. He agreed to refund evey penny of my money.I took the check straight to the bank because i doubt this account will be any good much longer. If I have it my way everyone who has been cheated by this man and any pet the was mistreated and improperly cared for by this man will get the justice they derserve. The BBB and Consumers Affairs both told me to get a report from the Mad Man that details his diagnosis and treatment plan with clear explanations as to why he made any of the choices. This is the same vet from All Creatures, which is where we took our pet Nigerian Dwarf goat when she went into convulsions. Their ad says they treat exotics (I called, goats are considered) and their hours were up to 7 p.m., important since I only found Wendy after 5 p.m. and I have no car and had to wait until my husband could get here from Santa Ana. First thing, the doctor did stop the convulsions and told us what he'd have to do to determine the cause and then prescribe a course of treatment. The price he quoted us - before he would do ANYthing else - was a minimum of $600 and he wanted it in cash or credit card, neither of which we had. He then became beligerant and insulting and told us to "take your goat and get out of my office". After protracted pleadings he finally agreed - for of course an additional fee - to euthanize our little girl, but only after we signed (not in blood but such a request wouldn't have surprised me) a promissory note to deliver the now-$900 in cash the following morning. WHAT'S IMPORTANT HERE are two things: First, although their hours are listed as "business hours," what they fail to tell you is that anything after 5 p.m. is considered an EMERGENCY and you will be charged emergency care fees. Second, there was another senior citizen there with her little dog and she was having the same vehemently confrontive conversation with the doctor, which was initiated by the doctor and not the client. We felt so bad for her, she was practically in tears. Third, it was apparent from the staff's behavior that this was not an unusual occurrence. All the doctor could talk about - besides what horrible people we were because we didn't have a thousand dollars in cash in our back pockets - was his overhead and that he wouldn't treat anybody for free. We understood his position, but that's no reason to treat clients the way we and the other little lady were treated. If the pet world were to be better served, this doctor wouldn't be treating ANY of them. We lost our little girl, who was from birth a "special needs" goat, and we don't even know why or if she could have been saved if we could have gotten her to someone else with a heart. So, here is my review again! My african grey had some mucus discharge from his nostril and he hadn't been acting himself for a few days. He is mine and my wife's baby. We've had him ever since we have been together, so as you can imagine, he is our baby and we love him dearly. I called around and not many vets see birds. I called Butterfield Animal Hospital and they referred me to All Creatures. I called All Creatures and right away, the receptionist, I believe her name was Sidrah, listened to what was going on with Sammy and told me she would recommend I bring him in for an exam since the doctor was very experienced with exotics. We brought him in, waiting about seven minutes for the doctor. He seemed knowledgeable right off the bat, he was really good with our Sammy. He told us he had 20 african greys of his own and he loved birds. Sammy is usually mean to strangers, but he seemed chill with the doctor. He gave us an idea about what he thought was wrong with Sammy and told us he would send the receptionist back into the room with an estimate sheet. She came back with the estimate sheet and went over everything and we decided to do everything on the estimate sheet. It was a little pricey, but we wanted to do the best for Sammy. After we agreed to everything, we went back to the treatment room and the doctor showed us a chicken that he was working on. Lol, the chicken had come in for an emergency and the doctor was going to do surgery on it. There was also a tortoise in the treatment room getting treated. This seriously is ALL CREATURES animal hospital. Sammy stayed there for about a week. We were supposed to pick Sammy up earlier, but I had a family emergency, and they were nice enough to keep Sammy there. When we went to visit Sammy he was doing MUCH MUCH better. The first thing he told us when we picked him up was "Can you give me a treat". My wife and I are very thankful for the doctor and his amazing staff. WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE!!!!! I went in here to take my little chihuaua because she had been vomiting for the last coupld days, he took my little dog in the other room would not let me go in and said he gave her a naseau med shot, vitamins, and then stated she was dehydrated gave her a shot of fluid underneath her skin and a Antibiotic shot!!! Ok a couple hours later my dog was lethargic, her arm started swelling and was acting so sick than before he treated her!! Long story short my dog is in surgery as we speak, he must of used a dirty needle or given her something to make her sick on purpose!! I have 3 other places that agree with this! because she had to be hospitalized that same night she became septic and her leg started to get cellulitis and necrosis started in!! Because of all this her skin opened up and this is why she has to have surgery today!!! I am a nurse and I FULLY believe that this "Man" I don't say Doctor because he not purposely harmed my dog!! I am reporting him to the Veternary board and Doctor do not Respond to this like you do on everyone elses I do not want to hear your Fake reply of concern or anything you have to say!!! And as for your Rude Receptionist she can go to HELL!! You should be shut down and I will make sure that all of Temecula Know Not to take there Animal to your Butcher shop!!!!! I've brought my dog, Shaft, here for many many years. I originally brought Shaft here when he had an emergency. He wasn't eating or drinking for a while and I decided to bring him in. The staff was very welcoming, they took down all my info and put me into a room. About five minutes later, the doctor came in. He was very friendly and very nice with Shaft. Shaft absolutely loved him. After taking a look at Shaft and going over with me what his plan was and what he thought could be causing these symptoms, he went outside. The receptionist came in and began going over the estimate sheet and we went through everything and all the prices. If I needed the doctor to answer any questions, she would go and call the doctor, and if it was something she could answer, she would. They let you have total control over what you want to do and if you give them a budget they will work around that. I ended up agreeing to everything, and the doctor came back into the room and went over exactly what was going to happen. A few days later, I was able to take Shaft home :) Shaft absolutely loved it here! He is a 100 pound Rottweiler mind you. Anyways, Dr. Ahmed and his staff took the absolute best care of him. When he came home, he was healthier than ever. I continue to go to All Creatures Animal Hospital, and will always go to All Creatures Animal Hospital, I'm sure Shaft will have it no other way. Excellent service. I brought my dog in for an emergency, and they took her back in right away. She was attacked by another dog. They took her in immediately and started treatment on her. The staff was amazing, I especially liked Sidra, I think that was her name. She was super friendly and helpful. She answered all the questions she could and she if she couldn't answer any, she would go ask the doctor and get the answers for me. They took excellent care of my baby. She stayed for a few days on IV and fluids and she got injections while she was there. I came to visit her everyday and they would let me go back and visit her. She seemed super comfortable whenever I went to visit her. The doctor answered any questions I had and went over everything for me. I brought in my other dogs to get examined too. The doctor only does what he thinks is necessary for your pets. He is always helping you save money. Anyways, I loved this office and the staff! The outside of the office does not do this office justice. IT IS HUGE. The boarding facility is amazing too. LOVED it here and I started recommended it to my friends. I was surprised to see all of the negative reviews, because they do not seem like that at all. Went to all creatures for an exam because my dog hadn't been eating for the past week. They were able to get me an appointment the same day which was super convenient. When I got there, I noticed the office was super clean and HUGE. They got all my info and put my in the exam room. The exam room was super cute and it had a lot of information in it. The doctor came in after five minutes. He examined my baby and told me what he wanted to do and what he thought could he causing the loss of appetite. He said he would give the estimate to the receptionist and she would go over that with me. The receptionist came in and she was super friendly. She went over everything in detail and answered all the questions I had. Explained everything very thoroughly and nicely. I agreed to everything and they proceeded to take my baby back to the treatment room. Meanwhile the nice receptionist checked me out. They gave me water while I waiting for the results of my baby's x-rays. They also asked if I would like a tour of the facility. I agreed. The practice is absolutely breathe taking. The suites are super cute and the kennels looked comfortable. They also have mists outside for the pets when they go outside to use the bathroom. I loved this hopsital and the staff and doctor and all. Highly recommend this place to everyone. read more

The rip off factor turned into the least of my worries! I was sickened by the lack of genuine concern for the animals. This doctor and most of his staff need to learn some bedside manner and how to properly handle animals! I am a 40 + year pet owner. I have done rescue and seen how cattle farmers work so I have seen vet care from a few perspectives. This doctor might as well be working on a farm with large animals. He is so rough with the pets! My dogs and cats HATED him and they usually love their vets. I have lived in five major cities so I have seen several vets over the years and this is THE WORST! His groomer had my declawed ADULT cat by the nap of the neck and letting her body dangle to walk to the room for her flea bath. (This is an unusually gentle cat and my other vet had no issues with her) I corrected this girl and got my cat back ASAP! We went there for the "low cost spay , neuter and shots.I had two dogs under 10 lbs and two cats who needed a quick check and flea baths. We left the hospital with horrendous stitches and had to spend almost $900!!!! CONSUMER BEWARE!!!! read more

I've been bringing my pets here since they were puppies, never seen any other vet. The staff is always welcoming. At first, I only did vaccinations, then my baby, Leyla, had an emergency so I brought her in. She was attacked by our neighbor's dog. They took Leyla back right away and began taking care of her and bringing her back into a stable condition. They don't offer payment plans, but they off CareCredit, which helped us in so many ways! We brought Leyla home the next day, and she was doing better than ever! She was as healthy as she was before. My husband and I thank Dr. Ahmed and his staff so much! Ever since that emergency, I come to All Creatures for all of my pet's medical needs. Leyla knows where she is at when she comes here, and she likes it. Another thing I like about this place, is how it always smells nice. You can go anywhere in the office, and it will smell and look very professional. LOVE it here :) read more

Been bringing my English and French bulldogs here since 2012. Come here for my artificial inseminations, surgical inseminations, progesterones, c-sections, ultrasounds, x-rays. Basically everything that I need for my breeding. Excellent. They're always clean and professional. Don't make you wait 30 min to even get your pet seen. Let you see your puppies being born.
