During the initial exam, Dr. Gordon discovered a bladder stone as well. He clearly explained the treatment options and made thoughtful recommendations for next steps. After the exam, he personally emailed the lab and bloodwork results and answered all my follow-up questions quickly and kindly. The surgery itself went very smoothly. Dr. Gordon and his team gave clear instructions for after-care. At the end of the procedure day, Dr. Gordon emailed to check in on my dog, and he checked in again a couple of days later. I sent him updates and photos of the incision site, and he responded each time with helpful feedback. I also sent updates on day 5 (when we finished post-op medications) and again on day 10. He reviewed the photos and provided his insights. My dog's recovery was overall very smooth, and as of day 10, he has been cleared of the donut! It was far beyond my expectations for Dr. Gordon to provide so much personal follow-up outside of our clinic visits. He genuinely cared about how my dog was doing, and I'm very grateful for that level of care.
