We were misquoted on the diagnostic cost, we were told we needed an airbag module we were never given a price for so we could never actually have the service done, and despite calling in a dozen+ times over the course of almost two months we were never followed up with whenever we were told we would be called back. They agreed to just buy my car outright for pretty close to retail. ( who knows what that number is in todays car market? ) Unfortunate but things happen. I was pleased with the way they handled the situation. The whole mishap was resolved in a week. I was able to replace the car with a new Lexus via a cash purchase from another dealer over the phone without the hassle of negotiating a trade. They did a quick light inspection at the beginning of the service by checking the headlights, high beams, hazards and reverse lights. Tires were inspected during their multipoint inspection and fluids were topped off as needed before they pulled me through the bay.
