That being said, I don't know if the actual price from competitors would have been higher than their quotes. For transparency here, I paid a $65 service fee plus $55 per house lock. The mailbox was a higher charge at $125. I was quoted $200-300 (probably assuming 3 locks rather than the 4 I ended up needing); it came out to about $410 plus tax. The result is the same. A man, who said he was a contract worker for the company, told me the problem was the strike plate, which he slightly adjusted. He then charged me $210, saying there would be an additional 3% surcharge if I used a credit card, but no surcharge if I used Zelle. I was not given or e-mailed any receipt. So, over-priced and poor customer service. Not a company I would recommend.
