If you're a parent, you know very well how easily kids catch things from other kids. I decided to take them to see a professional because although this is treatable at home, I felt way more at ease seeing someone who specializes in it. 10/10, would highly recommend. They were able to see me the very next day at their clinic. I had the BEST experience! When I walked in, it was the cutest salon. I expected it to look like a doctor's office, bland, boring, & anxiety inducing. However, my horrible day turned into an almost pamper spa experience. The kids had plenty of toys to play with & watched Disney movies during the whole treatment. It was so painless that they wanted to come back, HA! Anyway, Joseph took such good care of us. He was so personable, educated me on lice & answered my endless questions. My anxiety was high when I came & I left feeling so much better. The pricing is expensive, but I think it's well worth it. They don't just remove lice, they provide knowledge so you're prepared for any future exposure because you never know. They also provide a little after care kit & printed out directions for you to take home. Even my strong willed 5 year old son felt safe & even enjoyed himself. I did the package A, which gave me "maintenance days" to continue treatment at home for the entire family, it also included shampoo for after care and oil removal. I had multiple questions for the after care and they continued to quickly respond and walk me through each process as needed. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who is having issues with head lice. We did purchase an additional lice repellant spray (because I'm crazy) as well as the conditioner as that wasn't included. I absolutely love that they use natural ingredients and no harsh chemicals, as my entire family is very sensitive to chemicals and have very sensitive skin. I found I had lice, tried to treat it myself, and two weeks later discovered I was NOT successful in my attempt. I ruined my hair with the chemical store bought products, and was still hosting unwanted guests. I have very think, long hair. The thought of washing combing, rinsing, and repeating was overwhelming. THEN, you're expected to repeat the process yourself for three more days. By the way, olive oil is not scientifically proven to effectively kill lice (we researched afterwards).
