I even enjoy the pickled onions and carrots that serve as a garnish. I also put a generous amount of tartar sauce, ketchup and yummy spicy pepper sauce. This place keeps it real simple here which isn't a bad thing given that they have been able to generate enough business to keep them open throughout the years. This is definitely the case with Fryer to the Buyer Fish Shop in East Flatbush! The fish options are fried Banga Mary and Shark. Feeling fancy or famished, you can add on fried Jumbo Shrimp. You can make it a combo by adding French Fries or Chips (fried green plantain). All of which is seasoned well without being overly salty and fried on demand to avoid being overly oily. You will have plenty of sauce options to choose from: traditional condiments plus Guyanese Pepper sauce which is provided sparingly upon request it is quite spicy; their Special Sauce which I recommend; Thai Chili sauce which I suspect is provided to counteract the heat of the Pepper sauce. If you're craving any of the above mentioned items then definitely stop in! You will be greeted with a smile and leave satisfied.
