You can make it a combo by adding French Fries or Chips (fried green plantain). All of which is seasoned well without being overly salty and fried on demand to avoid being overly oily. You will have plenty of sauce options to choose from: traditional condiments plus Guyanese Pepper sauce which is provided sparingly upon request it is quite spicy; their Special Sauce which I recommend; Thai Chili sauce which I suspect is provided to counteract the heat of the Pepper sauce.
