In summer 2021, I started having unknown reason fever and rashes for weeks and I even go admitted to hospital for over a week without any diagnosis. When I was so desperate and felt hopeless, Dr. Mcnamara arrived in hospital and checked me 5 am in the morning multiple times. She was so professional, careful, considerable and confident. She gave me tremendous help and encouraged me things were under control. She quickly made my treatment plan and got me out of hospital in several days! Since my condition needs more treatment in the following months. I regularly visited her office. Every time, I felt better and better based on the treatment she gave me. I had an appointment with him for a prolia injection after using this for several months all of a sudden it didn't come in so my appointment was rescheduled. 15 minutes before my appointment I get a phone call from the office saying he would no longer be seeing me. I was not given a reason or a referral to someone else. I realize this is his prerogative but he could have at least given me the last injection and told me in person. It took me a long time to do this but now that I've done it I'm glad as maybe this has happened to other patients. I just feel this is not professional and his front office staff are not very patient friendly.
