These guys are Lifesavers! When my kids had lice, I tried the drugstore shampoo and it did not do anything. The folks at Nits N Nats are super thorough and absolutely eradicate lice, and also tell you how to get rid of it in your home. I would highly highly recommend them! She was so understanding and gentle with them, they didn't complain once. After a call from out daycare center letting us know that lice had been found in my son's classroom, I called Nits N Nats to schedule an appointment for a head check. The place is modern and kid friendly. Chrysa has been so kind and checked his hair and found that he has not been infected, however a fellow mom from our daycare was not so lucky. Chrysa explained the procedure to her, and proceeded with the removal. Her girl got an iPad and played, while the hair was divided up into sections and checked. The process of removal took a while, and only natural products were used. After leaving the place the girl was lice-free. She also gave us a 10% coupon and a free hair shampooing. Coming here was the smartest move I ever made! I had some friends tell me to try to deal with the lice ourselves (cheaper) and some said to just go to a professional service immediately. I chose the latter and I am SO glad we did! I can't say it was cheap, but after the past two pandemic years of stress, I was fine to slap down a credit card and have someone else manage it! And the owner Chrysa was beyond exceptional. When I discovered we had lice, it was a Saturday afternoon. No one was answering their phones and the ones who did told me they could not get us in same day. I was dreading having to go another day with lice on our heads! Chrysa not only answered the phone but told us she would meet us at her shop even though she had personal plans that ran late that day. So after what was already a super long day for her, she met us at her shop that evening and meticulously combed through all FIVE of our heads until after midnight! In fact, it was her idea to check the rest of my family (at that point we just assumed it was my daughter and I) and found out we all had it! If it weren't for her we would've all been back in a few weeks paying all over again! Then, (included in the price), we came back in a week for a re-check, and again she meticulously checked to make sure we were totally in the clear. And if we found more we could come back AGAIN! (Up to 15 days). But she did such a pro job the first time we were all clear. Having to deal with lice totally stinks, but we feel so lucky to have found a business that went above and beyond--such a relief. I could NEVER have managed all of that on my own.
