I've been coming here for a couple of years now but have been reluctant to review because I want to keep it all to myself, yes....I'm selfish.... I have a habit that once I find a place that does something great, I will stay loyal for years not attempting to try anything else. I used to go all the way to willowbrook mall to get my eyebrows done. Lucky for me, my daughter tried this place out and convinced me to come, I haven't looked back since. They thread your eyebrows exactly how you want and I swear the string they use has some numbing medicine because it doesn't hurt as much. The prices are very reasonable. I have also tried their facials and have loved them. They use all Indian products and technology to open up your pores for the cleaning process. I'm a regular and don't plan to change that anytime soon. read more

I got a groupon to wax eyebrows and lip, and after checking Yelp, decided to get a facial because they were cheap. They "no longer do" the basic or regular facial, just the deep cleansing or acne. I did the deep cleansing and my skin felt great after and I felt relaxed too. So let me just start by saying I made an appointment and I thought the service was great. I don't want that to overshadow the fact they could really use an updated price list. They don't have a website and the costs on here are apparently outdated. The picture for waxing services doesn't even include eyebrows. Now they did let me know prices had changed before I did the facial, but they had basically crossed out the old ones and hand-written them in, so I could have declined, but it seems so unprofessional to just NOT print new price guides. So if the owners do see this, I am happy with the service I got and it was good work at a good price. But personally, if I hadn't checked Yelp, I wouldn't have even known they do facials. They don't have a big price guide sign in house and they don't have a website. I know customers buy more if they can see the services instead of expecting them to ask. It's called a threading salon so maybe they are happy focusing mostly on that, but I think with a few changes (signage, maybe a little more interior decorating so it looks more like a spa) this place would be amazing. I know I'm overthinking it, but people can provide a great service and not be good at business presentation and it can really affect how much business you can draw. There is metered parking on that block, but if you park a couple of blocks away, there isn't and it's 3 hour parking, so I'd recommend enjoying the stroll and parking a little farther. read more

I've been coming here for the past year or 2 - the location is perfect since I live within walking distance - and I have been happy with my experience pretty much every single time! Everyone is friendly and considerate, the wait time is usually non-existent which is perfect. A few times I had to bring my 4 year old with me and they have given her a lollypop and are very kind. I'm sooo glad I came here based on yelp reviews! First of all, the ladies are super sweet. I came in after letting my brows goes for about a month (I've felt like a hot mess!!) because I really wanted them shaped. I'm not sure who did them, I should have asked, but she did them PERFECTLY! Sometimes threading can hurt but this was an absolute breeze. And she was super quick. I was in and out in about 6 minutes, probably less. And for $8... I've found my new spot! The women who work here listen to what their clients want. They do threading and waxing. The woman who did my eyebrows threaded and trimmed them to shape them and clean them up. I was lucky and didn't have any irritation afterwards. I think the prices are also very fair. read more

I was jumping from salon to salon when it came to my eyebrows. I think at one point I was seeing three different ladies and they were all good but I think Nitu is who I will be committing to. I found Nitu's Threading Salon after a coworker recommended it to me. I checked Yelp (to confirm) and was wow'd by all the great reviews. The place is small, clean, and prices are great. I was paying $12 for eyebrows and Nitu, who does a better job is charging $8. I stopped by a few times and like others have mentioned Nitu is usually always busy. It may feel like the process is being rushed but she lets you see the final result and it's always on point. This eyebrow salon is the best. I live about half an hour away but I prefer going for the drive than to go anywhere else. My eyebrows have never look as good as they do now. After reading some of the positive reviews I was excited to try this salon. I needed my eyebrows threading and reshaped. I let them grow out long enough where that would've been easy to manage but apparently not. One of my eyebrows have no shape to the point it looks like a straight line whereas the other one is curved. It's going to take forever to grow and correct. How disappointing. Waste of money.
