He came within the next two days, met us, asked the right questions, looked everything over carefully and gave us what we considered to be an outstanding quote! We hired him for the job right then and there. We could tell that Dylan KNOWS what he is doing and wanted to do the job the right way that made the trees and our yard look great and not just cut, cut, cut. Within the next two weeks, he and his crew of five professionals and TWO beautiful bucket-trucks showed up with what looked to us like brand new, top quality, equipment. They took their time and did the job right. They removed any dead branches they had (even climbing way up top) as well as any suckers growing vertically which can weaken the tree. They shaped it so it really did look even better than it was before. Their work was outstanding! They were all extremely professional as well as were all also very friendly and pleasant to talk with.
