My Jet Lag Savior: PRIME IV in St. Augustine is the Real Deal!…read more Okay, let me tell you about this place. I just got back from a month backpacking through Southeast Asia, and wow, was I wrecked. That jet lag had me feeling like a zombie - completely drained and just 'off'. Honestly, I was barely functional. I had heard about "PRIME IV Hydration & Wellness" in St. Augustine, FL. I wanted to Give them a try... figured, why not? Best decision ever! Walking in, the vibe was immediately welcoming. The staff was genuinely friendly, not just polite. Scott, the owner, actually took the time to give us a personal tour. He didn't just point at rooms; he sat down and really explained how the IV hydration works and how it could help 'us', especially after our marathon travel. Based on how wiped we felt and wanting a general boost, he suggested the Myers' Cocktail. He talked about how it tackles energy slumps, immune support, even helps with headaches and digestion - basically everything we needed after weeks on the road. Madison was our nurse, and she was fantastic. Super professional, did a quick check-in before starting, and honestly? She made getting an IV almost pleasant. Gentle, explained everything, and put me totally at ease. The needle pinch was nothing. The best part? They put us in this amazing VIP Lounge. We kicked back in these insane zero-gravity massage chairs for about an hour while the IV did its thing. They also hooked us up with some oxygen therapy. Guys, I can't even describe the difference. By the time we left, I felt 'refreshed' Like, actually clear-headed and human again. It was so relaxing and just... exactly what my body needed. Oh, and heads up - they mentioned some great specials running: Father's Day deals, Happy Hour prices on Wednesdays, and some summer wellness packages. Definitely worth asking about if you're local or just visiting the area. "The Takeaway?" If you're dragging after travel (or a tough workout, or just life!), feeling run down, or even just want a serious refresh, PRIME IV is the spot. It wasn't just a treatment; it was a genuinely great experience. Scott, Madison, and the whole team were awesome. Highly recommend giving them a try! Dr Tuchinsky and his staff of two were nice. I paid over $2.5K and it was a waste of my money…read more Pls don't use their services. He pushes and uses Apex products like a salesman. Do your research!! Apex was taken to court for selling supplements that contained lead. Dr T exclusively uses Apex. His program was not beneficial to me and my chronic gastritis. My questions were never fully answered and I felt rushed with my phone appts which lasted no more than 7 min top. In our initial consultation, he rushed it and didn't listen carefully so that he can create a program specifically for me. He believed the supplements were a cure all and they were not. I had ulcers and alot of the products had citric acid. If I wasn't vigilant in reading and research, those products would have made it much worse. I believed he was a functional medicine doctor that could guide me. Once I completed the program which most of the supplements I paid for I could not use, I never heard from him again. He got paid and I got screwed. Pls look the other way and find a real Dr. I also noticed on the blood work he ordered, there was another doctor's name on the sheet, not his. That was a big red flag. If you suffer with gastritis there are more quality supplements on the market like Global Healing Center that make a difference. Pls do your research and find a bonafide Natural pathic Dr that will take time to listen and ask questions and prescribe a program that fits your needs. Dr T ain't worth what he charges.

Total disappointment. I was charged hundreds for bloodwork that insurance would have covered at…read moreLabcorp--and it was less thorough than what a regular doctor orders. The provider is a chiropractor who plays on health fears, inflates prices, and offers only vague explanations. Neither he nor his assistant could clearly explain what was "wrong" or how their supplements would help. Red flags everywhere.
