I've had problems with acne my whole life. A few breakouts around my period here and there, but for…read morethe most part it was kept well under control. Out of nowhere my face started being covered with deep PAINFUL cystic acne. I went to 5 different doctors over the course of 2 months and they all said the same things (antibiotics, steroids, and topicals). Nothing was working. I felt so hopeless. Luckily I was referred to Dr. Cutler. Unlike the previous 5 doctors I saw, he wanted to get to the root of the problem. He ran some tests and found that I'm sensitive to gluten. The tests also showed that my colon took a lot of damage from the antibiotics I was previously prescribed. I had zero good bacterial flora, pathogenic amounts of bad bacteria, and I was not metabolizing certain foods properly. He created a treatment plan specifically for me and my condition. She uses the same treatment regime for all patients without discussing side effects. They tout concierge medicine but it is nothing like it. I would recommend avoiding her. I have had physical therapy before and I have never had a therapist/technician working with two clients at one time. That may be the norm now, but it certainly wasn't in the past and that is the experience you will have at this facility. The intake room was private and quiet, but the physical therapy that goes on in the main part of the facility is open to everyone and rather small. I wouldn't have a problem with that if the staff were attentive to their clients rather than socializing with each other, but that was not the case. The targeted exercises, availability at this facility, and the Limber app were all great. Unfortunately, the overall experience was too loud and distracting for me to consider using them long-term.

Another woman came to collect my insurance and my ID card, while I filled out the paperwork. Filled out my paperwork by 9:05am. They have a lot of staff here. The same lad that took my ID came to collect my paperwork and to get back my ID. They told me to keep the pen, since it had been in my car. They take all precautions here and take the virus very seriously. They don't need a script here at all, no symptoms required either. My doctor had wanted to provide them with his script paperwork, so that they would provide the results to them directly. They can't and won't send to doctors at all before a procedure. I will have to pass it along myself. The nasal swab today was much more invasive than the first time I had it done. It was shoved it up so far and that it made my eyes flood with tears, that's way up there for sure. Quick and efficient service here for sure. Would get it done here anytime required again.
