Nobody likes change, so to read some of these horrible reviews is ridiculous. Over the past few years the office has certainly had its challenges losing senior Dr. Stepanski and Dr. Crafton. That being said, Dr. Nick Stepanski is a very intelligent, kind like his father, "green", young provider learning to fill big shoes. I've been a patient of theirs for 30 years. Times have changed, communication is through a portal, which I love because the staff is really good at responding quickly. I absolutely love the staff. They are always pleasant over the phone, stopping in for a nurse visit, and through the portal. read more

My entire family has been going to Walton Medical since 1984. We all loved Dr. Crafton and Dr. James Stepanski. I trusted mine and my family's life to these amazing doctors, and miss them both very much. There was a sense of compassion and communication at all time. It was not unusall to get a call or a hospital visit. Since they have left, it has gone down hill. The front desk and phone customer service is rude and rushed. You cannot get an appointment when you are sick and are directed to a walk in clinic. Everything must go through a portal, cannot get a call from your doctor... and God help you if you miss a portal message.. like we are all waiting by the computer portal to hear form God. You get charged $50. for appointments you have not verbally confirmed... "because it was on the portal".... My impression is money hungry young doctor who cannot walk in his fathers shoes with compassion and caring and allows his staff to run a mean and rude office. He has to know how rude Dawn and the others are. read more

Dr. Stepanski senior When I walked in I immediately felt unwelcome. I previously called and told them I was going to be 5 mins late and they told me they had a 15 min grace period. The first thing I hear walking in was "SHES LATE" then snickering from the other receptionists and some other patients waiting to be seen. Then was met with attitude from the girls signing me in. I felt very singled out and embarrassed. When I saw the doctor he only gave me 5 minutes of his time and he didn't address my main concern. Being referred to this doctor by a very reliable person I had high hopes. I ask for help and he didn't give me the time of day. (About 5 mins to be exact) I was profiled and sent out the door. 0 out of 10 I do not recommend. read more

Dr Stepanski and Dr Crafton are amazing. Their front desk staff is not. At least a week for an appt even for a child. No manners, rude and unwilling to do their job. I really struggle with this because we love the drs so much but the rest of the staff is less than desirable. read more

The physicians are well professional, but the staff is beyond horrible. They don't even deserve a "One Star" rating. The staff is extremely rude, and they don't do their job. I called in a script that was supposed to be faxed to my pharmacist, and when I called the pharmacy more than three times, I was told my script was not sent. The staff insisted on lying to me, and made me feel like an idiot. This is an issue that was repeated more than once. In my opinion, the staff deserves a minus 10. read more

Dr stepanski is the best. He's so nice and welcoming. I go in at 10 for an appointment and am called in at 10 and out by 10:15. Not many places are on time and quick. 10/10 recommend! read more

Dr. Crafton is kind, caring and really listens. Unfortunately, his front desk staff is inconsiderate, lazy and rude. They do NOT want patients to call with questions, they want everything to be done via an app. Never mind that they aren't communicating effectively. When I called to try to sort out an issue (I am not fond of technology and as I was not getting help through the app, I wanted to speak to a human being) they refused to discuss the issue. They refused to call my insurance to get a prior authorization for my medication (I was told it wasn't their job, my insurance company said indeed it was). My insurance company faxed them, but it took weeks for them to send back the form (and then they sent the wrong one). The woman responsible for getting prior authorizations finally (after 5 weeks) called me, she said the insurance company did not fax her a form, only a phone number to call. However, when I had an appointment almost two weeks ago, the doctor SHOWED me the form and said they were working on it. In other words, she lied. Her suggestion was that I pay for the medication out of pocket because "it's cheap". In other words, she didn't want to do her job, she wanted to get around it by me paying out of pocket. When I told her that the medication, which by then I HAD paid for out of pocket wasn't working because, as I found out from the doctor at urgent care, it interacts with another medication I'm taking, which reduces effectiveness, and I wanted the doctor to prescribe something else, she told me that it did not interact with my other medication, that simply wasn't true and I should just use it or use Tylenol. I was flabbergasted that she feels she knows more than a doctor! I will be finding a new office ASAP read more
