We brought two of our cars here…read more People are friendly but the service was not up to par. They inspected our truck and failed to tell us our car was not drivable. We had our wheel bearings looked at and they said the should be replaced soon but not that our car was not drivable. So we took our car home to plan on when we could be without the car and bring it back. Well THREE days later, our wheel FLEW off while we were on the freeway almost causing a catastrophic car accident. We had to pay over 3,000 to fix it and towing fees. We called to complain about not be advisied that this was not drive able and that we shouldn't have drove off the lot but they said "well do what you gotta do". We also during this same time had our other vehicle under their "inspection" and "care" to replace a clutch on a manual. The replaced the clutch but it caused other issues with our motor mount. We took it to another shop after two attempts of having them "check their work" and this other shop advised us to never go back here. We have ANOTHER loose wheel bearing (which wasn't an issue before and were brand new) and issued with motor mount from the clutch install from this place They refuse to acknowledge they had any part in this and are adamant that BOTH cars were "fine" Take a look at our truck after NOT being told our truck wasn't drivable. My whole family was in the car and they are LUCKY no one was significantly harmed

Well, when he called to tell me what was wrong, he gave me the price of $600. That's not what caused the stars to go down - it's when he told me it was going to be $100 out the door for "diagnostics." Now, I don't know what diagnostics are, but I brought my car in and he didn't do anything for me - and he's going to charge $100. That's crazy, and I really wasn't informed that the diagnostics would cost so much - if I would have known that, I would have held off on even bringing the vehicle in for service. I'm pretty disappointed in the amount of money I am paying for them to really do nothing for my car. That being said, maybe this is standard procedure and I am just ignorant to how things go. But, I am most upset about not being armed with that knowledge.

Here is my story with M&N: I live in California and bought a classic car from Alaska that the previous owner transported to Everett last year. Before shipping it back to CA, I thought it would be good to get the major mechanical issues taken care of. However, my classic car is a rare 41 year old Lincoln Continental Mark VII Gianni Versace designer edition that is equipped with an even more rare BMW sourced turbo-diesel engine, so finding a suitable shop that could do it was no easy task. Fortunately, my searching lead me to M&N, an outstanding women owned and run business in Everett. Michelle was who I first spoke to and she was an absolute pleasure to work. They have a great electronic system that clearly details all the issues with the cars, with detailed price breakdowns, mechanic notes and photos, making it a breeze to understand what is needed and accept or decline each suggested repair. Sadly, Michelle had to resign because of personal family issues, then, Sarah took over, again providing excellent service and keeping me up to date via text and calls. Sarah continued the excellent service, providing regular updates on my car with it's very difficult to find parts. Robb was the mechanic that worked on my car and like Sarah and Michelle, he also provided excellent service, and got my car road worthy again. If you need service on your classic or newer vehicle, look no further than M&N. I serve on the Board of Directors for the official Lincoln and Continental Owners Club and am very experienced with mechanic shops, having been a classic car enthusiast and collector for most of my life. We were in a pinch, as our water pump needed to be replaced before a coming road trip. Our regular…read moremechanic could not fit us in, but he recommended ONB, who was able to get us in that day (mid-July of 2026). ONB staff were very courteous and helpful, and good communicators. They replaced the water pump and found a few other concerns. Prices seemed high. They also asked if we wanted our rear brakes replaced (citing 4 mm status). We said no thank you but after our vacation double checked our paperwork from our regular mechanic. Sure enough, he had replaced our rear brakes in March of 2026. Since then, we'd put 1600 miles on the car. As a result of this observation by ONB, we took our car back to the original mechanic in August 2026. He wanted to confirm that the brakes were not defective. He removed the wheels and confirmed that they were still in perfect condition. Our mechanic stated that our front brakes would eventually need to be replaced, but no time soon. So, we were left wondering why ONB told us this information. My husband reached out to Tyler at ONB, asking why we were told our rear brakes were at risk. Tyler was polite and willing to dialogue. He stated that they must have made an error, that perhaps they wrote the information for another customer on our account. Tyler said that they wouldn't have replaced the rear brakes had we brought them in and the mechanic discovered their error. When my husband revealed that the front brakes were needing eventual replacement, Tyler stated that this must have been the issue - they meant to write front, not rear. In the best-case scenario, they would have discovered their error and not replaced the rear brakes. Worst case scenario, they were lying to us and trying to get us in for extra work. Either way, we don't feel comfortable returning.
