I ordered 3 item and had the expectation that it would be ready within the hour or so. Well, that didn't happen, and it was getting close to me having other errands that I needed to get to that morning. I decided that I've put off hitting the road waiting on Autozone, to get my order ready. So I decided that I would pop into the AutoZone to see if my order was ready, even though I never received a confirmation. I entered the store, greeted aggressively, and explained that I placed an online order, prepaid for pick up. This is 2:00 PM mind you, He then get in the computer, verifies my order and then precedes to fill it, only after I just showed up. This tells me, that the online orders aren't an inclining of a priority, nor was there an acknowledgement of the 3 hrs of the order being place, and fulfilled only because I actually came into the store to get what I paid for. Of course, I received that confirmation email that my order was ready for pickup after I showed up to retrieve my purchase.

Sometimes I didn't even make it out of their parking lot, here are a few examples. First time I picked up my truck the hood popped up going down I-5, I went to use my parking brake and cable broke, my passenger door handle was broke, they forgot to install a cab body bolt, my passenger side battery tray was not bolted down and battery was flopping around, my coolant reservoir was empty (1 1/2 gallons!), my wiring harness was hanging loose and dangling below my bumper, nothing was put back in my cab, it was just left a mess. I could go on and on about how I made arrangements to drop it off and countless days turned into weeks then into months without my truck. This is by far the sloppiest and worst workmanship I have ever seen in my 37 years in the automotive business. My truck still leaks oil and I'm out $22,000. Stay away from this business!!
