People have to work and are busy, I didn't have time to fill out over 40 pages of mostly ridiculous questions 48 hours prior! I was going to fill them out the night before the appointment and bring them, as I have done for years with every other Doctor, Dentist or any other medical professional! They never even offered to reschedule my appointment, as any professional and caring healthcare provider would have! I should have known when they were very difficult to reach initially and when I did finally reach someone, they seemed VERY unprofessional! This Clinic is certainly not for me and VERY UNCARING!
