Even when the employee admitted that she told me the first price Jay insisted I pay the amount he just quoted. I feel that if your employee misquotes a price as the owner and as a sense of customer service you should honor the original quoted price. The second issue was that the delivery drivers initially only dropped off a piece of the order. Apparently there was some miscommunication because they explained that their boss would be dropping off the rest at a different time. Luckily I had to go to the office to pay or I don't think the other piece of my order would have ever been delivered.
