So I made another purchase for the orthopedic jumbo sized (this bed is huge). I called Chewy and told them of my situation needing to purchase a larger bed and return the XL orthopedic bed. They were so helpful with my return and empathetic to my dog's medical situation. I told them, it's already boxed up and ready to be shipped back, but they are so caring due to the fact they told me to donate it to the local shelter or humane society. I did some quick research on Yelp--of course-- and found the closest shelter was Eleventh Hour Rescue and their Roxbury location was just minutes away!! The lady (I believe her name was Ana), she was helpful and friendly as I told her why I was donating it. The transaction was very quick. It's always nice to give free donations to organizations that support neglected or abandoned animals. Donated a new dog bed and an open box pee pads (3/4 full). She was very appreciative of the donation.

AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I only gave this a one star because I couldn't give it a…read morezero!!! Avoid this company at all costs! I had a terrible experience with them. Mike the owner came out and initially quoted a price of $400-$600 for the job and when they arrived they raised the price of the job to $1,000, which I was not happy about but agreed to. They only had room for some of my items since they came with the truck already half full and they said I would have call and schedule another pickup for the rest of the items. After they finished loading the items on the first day, they demanded that the job be paid in full for both pickups before they left. After I paid the $1,000 and scheduled a second pickup, different workers came and insisted on an additional $650 after all the items were already loaded onto the truck. When I refused to pay more since this was the third time they were now trying to change the price, they dumped everything in my driveway. They have a shady practice of loading trucks loosely, sending different workers, and trying to extract more money, even after you've paid in full. Beware!
