Every time I have called the office he has always been so rude. I let him know how I felt about him being rude and said that he doesn't know what I'm talking about because he's never rude. I was getting frustrated because he had 0 interest in hearing me out or changing his attitude, just kept saying he doesn't know. I asked him if there was someone else I can talk to other than him since he was being VERY rude and he wasn't helping me by answering the questions I had, he then said that I can't be helped by anyone else just him and how I can feel free to find another agency to work with because I wasn't needed there and he in no way helped me find another agent or recommended me to another one and said oh well that's your fault if you can't find an agency I'm not helping you with that, and continued to YELL at me through the phone saying how he's done with me and the business I do there and how he doesn't need me saying how rude I think he is. I started working with him after I got laid off in the beginning of the year. After just one phone call, I was provided with different routes I could take by Joe.
