From the moment we connected, Earl was incredibly generous with his time, spending a full hour walking through our unique financial situation in detail. He took the time to truly understand where we're at, asked thoughtful questions, and offered a wide range of insightful recommendations tailored specifically to us. What really stood out was his ability to clearly explain technical terms and concepts that had confused us for years. By the end of the call, we felt more confident and informed than ever before. To our surprise, Earl didn't charge us for this initial session, which speaks volumes about his character and commitment to helping people. When we asked about his rates moving forward, we found them to be very reasonable, and we absolutely plan to return once we've implemented his advice. You can easily tell once you meet with Earl that he is genuine, highly knowledgeable, and truly cares about the people he works with. If you've been considering working with a financial advisor, we highly recommend giving him a call. He's an incredible resource and a wealth of information.

I had two main questions / concerns about my finances that had been weighing on me, and he took the time to clearly and patiently explain everything in a way that felt accessible and empowering. He gave me truly 10/10 advice completely free of charge, which honestly feels rare these days, especially when it comes to money. It's clear that Earl genuinely wants to help people and is not just in it for himself. That level of integrity and generosity really stood out to me! I will absolutely be referring others to him and will not hesitate to reach out again if and when I need more guidance. Thank you Earl!

One of their advisors (Brandon Floyd) responded back saying how interested he was in working with me. Just requested all the usuals. income, worth, expenses and said he'd get right back to me. A week later I followed up asking for at least a response if no longer interested. Nada, nope, nothing. Just ghosted me. So 9 days later I messaged them through their main site for a call back. I explained that I talked to Brandon but he disappeared but was still interested in setting up an appointment. Was still thinking it must have just been a one off. Maybe Brandon had an accident or something. Again no response. So unprofessional but glad I dodged that bullet. I can only imagine trying to get their attention if this is their M.O. for new clients.

I have had to ask a representative to close out of my account prior to leaving they left it on the big screen. What the hell? They just got sued for a data breach. My last in person visit. The representative couldn't open a roth for me so i could have pretty much saved myself a trip and done it on my own with a representative over the phone which is what i did while in the branch. The rep was in the room with me and we had to call the fidelity customer service line. I guess he was good as far as answering questions while in the room. Again not comfortable how lax everyone seemed to be with my account. What really bothered me was i caught the guy looking at my chest. Made me really uncomfortable and doubt i will go back to that branch due to that. Now I will review the service over the phone and their preditory marketing practices. I have received numerous calls from their reps saying they have looked into my account and want to discuss my investment options. This is insane. So anyone can look into my account from fidelity with sensitive info. My privacy is being violated. I have asked to be put on the do not call list and i'm still getting calls followed up by emails that I haven't responded. The poor judgement makes me not trust them with my money. I'm very disappointed with them. They don't take privacy seriously and feel like they can borderline stalk clients which is what i feel like. Like i'm dodging telemarketers i don't want to deal with. It's harassment!

They kept after me saying we noticed you missed the webinar and there is a recording but it's only good until tomorrow night. I did manage to watch it before the expiration and Mark Kennedy presented a compelling conversation about needing to not just save but to make sure your money wouldn't run out no matter how long you live after retirement. They empasized that the stock market was not a good place to have your money due to the ups and downs of the economy. So I signed up for an informational call and they were adamant to put the phone numberin your phone so you wouldn't miss the call to confirm the appointment. I did this and when I received the call, the caller was super rude and dismissive. He first asked if I had time to talk and I said that it was not a good time but that I had the appointment on my calendar. He proceeded to question me about how much $$ I had to invest and where that was invested. I told him I was in a public place and this was not a good time to talk. But when I told him that I was already managing some of my own retirement savings through a self directed IRA that is invested in sydicated Real Estate and that I had other parts of it in the stock market and asked him what kindn of investments they would recommend he said annuities and long term care insurance (which I do already have) it became clear that this firm is trying to sell us their own insurance products that will only benefit them, not us as investors. The very rude person on the phone also said I don't have enough investments for them to bother with although I had more than the required amount they originally stated. The guy was supor rude and said he was cancelling my appointment and hung up on me without so much as a goodby. I say good riddance to these hacks who are trying to prey on unsuspecting investors. No thanks. I'll keep my money where it is rather than give it to these crooks.
