Nick did a great job insulating our homes attic in November 2022. He showed us videos of how he would properly insulate the attic, the insulation products he would use, and the benefits of air sealing. We had a water leak in August, 2023. There was water damage to our bedroom ceiling. The bedroom ceiling drywall was repaired and some wet insulation was removed by our contractor. Our contractor wanted to put fiberglass insulation to replace the insulation he removed. I remembered the videos Nick showed us and him telling us mixing insulation types is not a good idea. I called Nick and explained what happened. He said he would come out to look at what happened. Nick came out and added insulation NO CHARGE. Nick takes pride in his work.
