Great place. Used the services for Physiotherapy after knee surgery. Kirk was great and I am back playing tennis in 5 weeks.

The facility and equipment blends traditional physical therapy lay-out and equipment, with functional training gear. I started coming to Fusion for rehab after a total hip replacement. Kelly, my therapist, always demonstrates a high degree of care, and a thoughtful approach to my program. I'm getting better so fast, I'm kinda dreading not needing to return. Fusion also offers strength training and other physical fitness instruction, as well as therapeutic massage. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough good things about Fusion PT and Barbara, specifically. I've suffered from…read morechronic lower back pain due to disc bulges. I've done physical therapy elsewhere, seen many doctors and suffered through a pricey injection in my lower back, without much improvement. Desperate to try something new to get some relief from the pain that radiated out of my lower back every day and woke me up most nights, I researched dry needling, and a lot of positive reviews led me to Fusion. Scheduling was easy; there's tons of parking and the space is cheerful and buzzing with activity. A lot of great people work at Fusion, and they're providing great service to people of all ages with all types of physical issues. I provided my history and MRI results to Barbara, and she got right to work. She asked a lot of great questions to help me articulate my pain and what exacerbates it the most. She observed how I navigated standing, sitting, twisting and bending movements that I didn't realize were affected by my back issues. She felt across my back and immediately identified tight areas and opportunities to increase my strength and mobility and reduce pain. It was extremely interesting and encouraging to witness her expertise at work. I got her one-on-one focused attention at every visit, and she continually provided solutions that worked for me - from exercises that improved my core strength to modifications I can make to my standing posture and movements that will help with pain that wakes me up in the middle of the night. Dry needling was fascinating. Barbara identified areas on back - different areas each time depending on my pain level and mobility on that day - and positioned the needles to trigger positive responses in my muscles. It was uncomfortable at times, but I quickly noticed improvement. Coupled with the activities and movements she prescribed to me throughout my therapy sessions, I am feeling better physically, and I am - for the first time in a while - optimistic for a future without constant pain. I continue to work the program Barbara gave me and apply the techniques she taught me to reduce my pain and improve my overall quality of life. I love Fusion and recommend it to anyone navigating a tough physical issue.

I had gone to a different, very popular PT place in Roswell that is attached to an ortho group of the same name. It was WORLD'S APART from Physio. At the first place I went to for nearly 2 months, the therapists work with so many people at the same time that you literally get no one on one treatment whatsoever...except for your initial eval, which all places do. My doctor sent me back for PT, adding vestibular therapy as well as needling, which they do all these at Physio. I was completely surprised at the difference between them and my previous PT. At Physio, they see at most 2 patients at the same time. Your issues are dealt with head on with multiple types of therapy, including deep tissue massage, TENS, exercise and various other therapies that target your exact issues. I've gone 8 times now - 1 month. I feel an enormous difference already!!! I feel confident and hopeful for the first time in a year when my injuries first occurred. I can go to the gym. I do the exercises and therapies (heat, cold, TENS, Trigger Point) at home faithfully because they are all working and they are working well!!! Thank God for my Dr who referred me to Physio. Life is getting to be enjoyable again and I know that in the near future...I will be nearly back to my old self!!!!!

I was so upset this happened and they ou let me knoe at the end of the day. the bcba accidentally added me to an email that she asked the boss (owner wife) what she should say to me before I saw my child's injury. you would have thought they would have reached out to apologize or address my concern. they didn't even respond or care. .my bill was always in the thousands, double billed etc. I was even advised by the owner to get the insurance he likes with a insurancr broker he knows after paying him a fee of 85.00. the professional thing would have been to just tell me the name of the anthem plan so I can buy it for free under the marketplace but no you pay him a referral fee to help you get a plan he likes that they can charge unlimited aba of which your child may not need. they always request more hours than needed as the charge nearly 1600 a DAY. there is no education they are doing that is special. he will even dissuade you from putting your cild in school so he can make over 150k a year from your insurance. he is a sales man and couldn't care less about the progress of your child. get your child in home aba. they generalize it better as being in a center is slower progress if ANY. then put them in prek. my child is not only talking at nearly age level but also potty trained in less than 3months of leaving that place. watch your tab!!! they will bill EVERYTHING. they wanted me to pay 15 for a bookbag the said broke a clear cheap bookbag..when I asked how does a bookbag break and and refused they were upset. For 1:1 care my child being injured was terrible. her eye was red. I can post a picture. also SPEECH was a joke.. they were playing YouTube through ever session i attended and had the nervr to bill 245 for a session for 30 minutes. typical places charge 90. OT was 350 a session! this place bilks money. m

I provided every paper work needed and I contacted them every so often to check on my status in hopes to have my son with an ongoing schedule, but nothing! There was always some kind of excuse for my files to not be looked at by the billing department. Mind you, my insurance covered it all and I did everything right on my part. It was a serious headache. From getting all of the paper work the owner was asking for to the communication of him. I had to look somewhere else and I'm so glad I did because the following week, I received services. Until this day, many many weeks later, the owner hasn't reached out to me. How pathetic of a place.
