please do not go here. my child in the first month had a bruised eye with a cut as if someone…read morepunched her and dug their fingers into her eye. I was so upset this happened and they ou let me knoe at the end of the day. the bcba accidentally added me to an email that she asked the boss (owner wife) what she should say to me before I saw my child's injury. you would have thought they would have reached out to apologize or address my concern. they didn't even respond or care. .my bill was always in the thousands, double billed etc. I was even advised by the owner to get the insurance he likes with a insurancr broker he knows after paying him a fee of 85.00. the professional thing would have been to just tell me the name of the anthem plan so I can buy it for free under the marketplace but no you pay him a referral fee to help you get a plan he likes that they can charge unlimited aba of which your child may not need. they always request more hours than needed as the charge nearly 1600 a DAY. there is no education they are doing that is special. he will even dissuade you from putting your cild in school so he can make over 150k a year from your insurance. he is a sales man and couldn't care less about the progress of your child. get your child in home aba. they generalize it better as being in a center is slower progress if ANY. then put them in prek. my child is not only talking at nearly age level but also potty trained in less than 3months of leaving that place. watch your tab!!! they will bill EVERYTHING. they wanted me to pay 15 for a bookbag the said broke a clear cheap bookbag..when I asked how does a bookbag break and and refused they were upset. For 1:1 care my child being injured was terrible. her eye was red. I can post a picture. also SPEECH was a joke.. they were playing YouTube through ever session i attended and had the nervr to bill 245 for a session for 30 minutes. typical places charge 90. OT was 350 a session! this place bilks money. m

If I could give it a 0 rate I would. My son never got seen here... we never got to that part even…read moreafter 2 months... I provided every paper work needed and I contacted them every so often to check on my status in hopes to have my son with an ongoing schedule, but nothing! There was always some kind of excuse for my files to not be looked at by the billing department. Mind you, my insurance covered it all and I did everything right on my part. It was a serious headache. From getting all of the paper work the owner was asking for to the communication of him. I had to look somewhere else and I'm so glad I did because the following week, I received services. Until this day, many many weeks later, the owner hasn't reached out to me. How pathetic of a place.

Had an absolutely horrible experience. It wasn't just that the therapist who was serving my child…read moreparted ways with the company unexpectedly and the owner didn't find a replacement, but it was how unprofessional (to be as understated as I can possibly can be) the owner could be during most, if not all, interactions. The one time she showed up at my house (within an only 30 minute notice which was texted to me while I was getting my child ready) she made my child so nervous that she literally ran into the back porch door trying to get away and hit her head on the handle and really got hurt (the mark lasted for weeks). Obviously, I would have been fine with her reaching out to comfort her but she barely paid attention and I was right there to do so anyway. While I was trying to tend to her and calm her down the owner thought it was a good time to ask me questions like how her verbal interactions are with people outside the home. Also, there was the time the owner texted me late at night (for me) to say she'd be there the next day. I said it wouldn't work for us and that is when she said that my child wouldn't have another therapist until she could find a replacement. That left me bewildered, so I had to ask what she meant. While explaining during a text conversation/interaction, she decided to start going on about a podcast she wanted to recommend to me. While I wasn't at all interested, I politely said "great, thanks" or something to that effect. Then, when I got an email from her a few days later it wasn't about a new SLP for my child but, instead, it was an advertisement attempting to sell me merch from the people who do the podcast. While it seems like it's a worthy business, the way it was pushed on me by the owner of this business while I was just trying to figure out what I was going to do to provide speech services for my child going forward bothered me. Then...came the insurance stuff. So my child had 2 forms of insurance. In rare instances one form sends a reimbursement check to my husband, in his name, for payments made for varying medical expenses for varying family members. A check reimbursement amount does not necessarily correlate to a single company - in other words, it can't always be just "signed over". The idea is that the provider bills us and then we pay the provider. The insurance pays us back. But sometimes we haven't received a bill yet. This happened to be the case with this company. When asked about it by the owner, I explained what I'd explained above and asked for an invoice. She asked for more details. Initially, I spent quite a bit of time texting with her while trying to care for my daughter. I'm sure she'd claim otherwise. She wanted for me to keep doing that and for me to talk to her billing people and I asked her to just please send an invoice and please include session dates and outstanding balances. That way it could be crossed referenced and paid. This exchange kept happening. I kept asking for an invoice to be sent. In other words: "please send us a bill so we can pay it!" I asked her to stop texting me and to use email or mail. She texted on my birthday about it. She texted me around my daughters birthday about it. she texted me many other times about it. She also emailed a lot about it, like on holidays and my daughter's birthday. I replied numerous times via various modalities but there is only so many times one can be asked the same thing and then give the same answer and follow it up with the same request. Most parents will probably get this. It was becoming extremely repetitive, although (in my perception) her tone became increasingly threatening as time went on. She still hadn't sent an invoice. Finally - finally - in Feb she emailed an invoice which was pretty unclear. My husband and I still planned to pay it in full with a check we were ready to send out that day. That's when I saw her text message threatening to charge a 10% fee for each day it wasn't RECEIVED! Not paid - RECEIVED - which meant we didn't even have time to mail it. She wanted us to sent it via Venmo. Though we would rather have sent a certified check, we sent the money via Venmo that day. The next day I got a message from her via Quick Books that no payment had been received. This has been edited for clarity and readability but I am prone to typos. I've noticed that a very, very tame review I'd previously put up has been taken down. So I am going to include some photos of texts here but will be careful about which information is included (so I don't include potentially doxing information). It takes time to edit out information so I won't be able to include as many as may be needed to provide a clear picture, like some of my responses regarding billing or some of the more threatening and/or just very rude messages I'd received, unless I update this review once more. I hope this review helps someone in their decision making process.

They have progressed so much, they went from little speech to full conversations and interactions. It's amazing! One of my son's is even about to test out of speech soon. Ms. Robyn is also very professional, stays on schedule, is great about sending parents reminders, updates on the clients progress, videos of the clients and is great at doing makeup sessions if either the client or she has to miss so there isn't any regression. We are blessed to have such an amazing Speech Therapist. I would 100 percent recommend Ms. Robyn with Advantage Speech Therapy Services.
