The 2 years I was there, we did not receive parent training. This is my first go round with autism and I did not know that parent training is something we were supposed to receive. The environment is sterile looking and the kids do not go outside. One day I brought my son inside and the therapist took him to the bathroom and if it wasn't for me my kid would have sat in another kids urine. My sons classroom was dirty and riddled with chips. These were the chips he ate the day prior. My son's underwear from the day prior were thrown on the floor and his snacks were in the bathroom. Jen, of of the owners, was sooo excited to tell me how my son was doing such an amazing job, come to find out she got my son mixed up with the other black kid there. I told the other owner shauna that my son's schedule needed to change to accommodate PT. She asks me why does he need PT? She thinks he's fine. The just incorporated circle time. Also, my son should have been getting 40 hours a week - Shauna could never give a clear reason why he did not get 40 hours. My son was never offer to go to the other location that has more verbal kids. My son started mimics sounds of the other children that could not get verbalize their needs. The had a lice outbreak 2 different times in two consecutive weeks. I did not get an email from the owner the first time-I found out through a person on staff. Come to find out, the kid gave it to the therapist and the therapist without know gave went to the other location. They never shut down the center to clean it. Instead, they made the therapist check for lice. When I told the owner I was keeping him out because I do not want my child to get lices, she in an around about way suggests me to put gel in my sons hair. They are both tone deaf and unyielding-the should not be owners if they don't want to deal with parents. They play favorites and do not help all parents. I have had to assist other parents crying in the parking lot due to money troubles. There was an incident when a therapist almost backed his car into a child. They did not send out a notice to parents about the dangers of leaving their children unattended. This school says it's a private school but they are not. They hoard information and are not friendly.

Do not go here! I…read morehad an appointment scheduled for a 2-hour VNG balance test with Dr. Jacqueline Kim, and even called 45 minutes ahead to confirm. They told me I was on the schedule, then put me on hold for over 10 minutes. Since I had a 30-minute drive, I eventually hung up and headed there. When I arrived, I was asked to wait another 10-15 minutes, only to be told that the audiologist, Dr. Kim, had suddenly left due to an "injury." No one had called me to cancel my appointment--despite the fact that I had just spoken with them! When I questioned this, one receptionist claimed she called my cell (a lie, she did not--I showed her my phone), and another said they called my home number. I asked, in this day and age, why would you rely on a home number and not call both, especially for something this significant?!!! This appointment required planning my entire day, including arranging for a driver due to the nature of the test and how it would make me dizzy. Their lack of communication and accountability was incredibly frustrating! To make matters worse, the response I received was a nonchalant apology and a $5 gas gift card, which is a complete joke since gas is like $4.00/gallon now! Completely unprofessional and a total disregard for my time. I will not be rescheduling and will not return.

And when my daughter said "Hi" to one of the staff as they walked by they didn't say a word just kept going and ignored her. My husband wanted to leave and said we should find somewhere else to treat our daughter bc the staff was so rude. I decided to stay and let my daughter have her eval done. Her therapist McKenzie was very sweet and my daughter just loved her, ( 2 Thumbs up for McKenzie) but I really think the rest of staff could use some EXTRA training in customer/client service. Amy has been helping my 5 year old with her speech/language for about 4 months now. Having a…read morenewborn, it would have been hard for us to take her to see a therapist but Amy traveled to my daughter's school to see her. Unfortunately she is out of network with our insurance so we were having to use our out of network benefit. Beginning of this year, we lost our out of network benefit so we looked for an in network provider and had 2 sessions with the new provider. We knew after 2 sessions that we would not get the same quality of therapy that we were getting with Amy. My daughter also said she liked Amy better so we contacted Amy and resumed therapy with her.

Our daughter has been in speech therapy for 6 years through her elementary school.
