I have been coming to NN Nails for a while now. Since February 2025. When I first came here it was with my daughter and niece. It was THE BEST EXPERIENCE we were comfortable, offered drinks, and we left happy customers. Staff so polite and customer oriented. Definitely upfront about any price changes or if there's an up charge. Amazing work ! I personally always book with Christina -- she's the best but all staff are versatile and do excellent work. I was really disappointed by my experience with Nn Nails. Ended up crying in the car, having to drive to another nail salon, and paying more money to get my nails fixed :( . I booked an appointment a week ahead really excited to get my nails done for my birthday and with design for the first time. In the communication before the appointment, I shared pictures of my current nails and what design I wanted for the appointment. They said they could do the design, quoted me a price, recommended I get gel-x, and set the appointment time. When I came in the salon, no one greeted me by the desk. I was then asked by someone doing nails what I was there for. They also didn't know who I'd come in to see. When I finally sat down, I was grilled on what I wanted for my nails and why I wanted gel-x. I've never gotten gel-x for my nails before I was simply going off their recommendation, but I was made to feel a bit silly for not knowing what was what. The manicurist convinced me she could do the design with just gel which, at the time, I thought was kind of her to help me out price-wise. However, I did ask if it was possible to do an extra design on 2 of the nails, and she convinced me it wouldn't look good and that we didn't have time for it. I ended up just going with the original design, but as the nails were progressing I realized they didn't look a similar color. I mentioned this multiple times that it looked like a color was missing since she was only using red. She kept telling me I was wrong and she even brought over another manicurist to tell me I was wrong. She said it wasn't possible to do multiple colors and also that it was just one color. I disagreed multiple times and insisted there was a color missing. She started saying she's been doing nails for a long time and this is right and this is the way it's supposed to look and supposed to be done. It got to the point where I had to pull out the original video of the nails to defend myself at which point they just got up to check me out instead of trying to help me fix it. The last thing she said was she doesn't offer that technique despite communication before the appointment saying she could do the design. They offered to remove the nails and not charge me or just charge me a regular manicure price which I ended up doing because I was on the verge of tears. But imagine if I hadn't stood up for myself. I would rather she have just been honest with me instead of me wasting both our times and working with her coworkers to lie straight to my face multiple times. Looking at them more now, they're not even the length I wanted in the photo. I wish they had just tried to help me fix the color at least, even if it didn't look like the original picture in the end. I could tell they just wanted me out :( read more

I tried this salon for the first time and at first I was happy with the job until my toe started swelling up. My toe hurts so much I can't wear closed shoes. I truly hope this isn't an infection due to dirty equipment. Either way I will not be returning. read more

Angie went above & beyond to make sure I was thrilled with my nails for my special occasion. She did a wonderful job shaping them, executing the design, making sure the greens were just right, and even adding an acrylic to one of my nails that had broken before I got the chance to do them. I was worried the design wouldn't come out right and I was so pleased with how seemingly easy she made it seem to complete! I'm very appreciative of her & her co-workers for the meticulous work they did for my pedicure & gel manicure. 1 star it says "not good". That's an understatement, try more like 0 stars - horrible ! I went to get a pedicure, the first time there I tried with the older man and he cut me and did a terrible job. Then I went back (because they're close) and thought that the older woman who I think is the mother or the wife would do a better job So, I asked her to do the pedicure. Not only did she cut my nails crooked but also made me bleed and when I asked her to please file my nails down so that they're even and I was trying to show her that it was crooked she said it was my nail lol She also got upset that I was trying to show her that my nail was filed crooked. Save your time, your energy, and your nails, and Definitely goes somewhere else ! Worst nail place I have ever been to. read more
