I was looking for a place to go for a quick polish change on my nails and found this place on Yelp. It's located in a shopping center and parking can be be struggle during peak hours. I came on a Friday around 4pm. The shop could use a bit of tidying up. A nice sweeping. And a touch of modernism. And that smell of formaldehyde will hit you like a ton of bricks in less than 5. Whew! I don't know how the workers handle it. Customer Service could be better. The guy who did my nails was quite demanding. Do this, do that. Just not pleasant. As far as the finished product? It was good. But when I got home, I noticed he didn't cover the entire nail on the second coat; on multiple fingers so I could've save the 18 bucks. read more

Susan is a creative and excellent artist, who can mirror any design and make it even better or she'll create a beautiful original design if o don't have one in mind. Poor customer service- the quality of work is amazing but if the customer service is not on par throw the whole business away. I booked my appointment on 12/8 and schedule for 12/12 and was advised to reschedule to 12/20 due to schedule conflict. Strike 1. I than schedule my appointment for both myself and niece for 8 am and 9am . I confirmed 2 times my new appointment times both by phone as well as via text message. Fast forward I arrive 10 minutes before my appointment time on 12/20 to have no one at the shop there and they are closed until 12 called several times no answer. I waited for 1 hr and 15 minutes in the parking lot. I left and called and I finally got Susan at 12:47on the phone. I advised her what happened and she can only say I am sorry, Kevin probably over slept or forgot. I said that fine can I be schedule today due to their error and was advised sorry they can not unless I can get there in 15 minutes because they are booked for the day which is unreasonable I live 30 minutes away. That is not how you make it up to a paying customer. Only to say sorry and not offer any reasonable rescheduling advising me you are booked for the day and the week because it's a holiday and wasted my time. NEVER again I will make sure to tell all my friends and everyone I know to go elsewhere. CERTIFIED BAD BUSINESS. Orlish Nails is customer service poor. read more

Highly recommend this nail salon, I'm glad I found this hidden gem. I've been doing my nails with Jack, he is a perfectionist and my nails last so long when he does them! i'm giving 3 1/2 stars based on the quality of the nails and the time it took to do my nails. it took an hour and a half to do my nails and as you can see there's a few bubbles appearing on one of my nails and one appears Very rigid, which is weird because I've used opi gel product before, so I'm not sure. I will come back again. Probably came out like this because of too many coats because the color was changed last minute. read more

Update: Luke excused the poor dip manicure saying that it doesn't always last as long. I get that but less two weeks on a dip; which is expensive; is not acceptable. Three of my nails had the dip lifting so I would say that's a poor job done. My nails broke after dip started lifting. Instead of admitting that something went wrong he thinks it's funny and tries to excuse it away. I'm just so upset at this whole situation because they can't even own up to having messed up my nails. My second and last visit to this establishment. I had an 11 o'clock appointment got there on time and within about five or 10 minutes I was seated in the chair for a pedicure. I then proceeded to sit there unattended for 45 minutes. By the time the water was getting cold I had had it I got out of the tub put my flip-flops on and left after telling them why I was leaving. They did not apologize, nor try to keep me from leaving. On a whim , I ended up driving directly to Venetian nails in Weston where I was immediately taken care of with excellent service. Thank god for Yelp! I came across this nail salon on the app after my nail girl canceled on me. I went in only needing a fill in but came out with a fresh dipped manicure. I had never about a dipped manicure before and I'm not going to lie I was a bit skeptical about trying something new but boy am I glad I did. It was a cool technique and it's something that will last longer than the average manicure. I also like that the powder makes your nails hard so it's not as easy to break a nail as it is with the standard gel manicure. The staff was super friendly. The salon was cute.
