Mazda dealership in fact suggested going here as it was probably something to do with some kind of broken seal that they would likely send out anyway and I'm so glad I did! John, the owner, could've gouged me for a lot more money like most dealerships would have and I never would've known. Instead, he was honest and straight up. Had the problem figured out in about 10 min, told me to go buy the parts myself and save their markup, and it would be an easy fix he'd have done in about half an hour. True to his word, I was in and out, and all for an EXTREMELY reasonable cost. I also have a cracked driver's' side mirror that I've been avoiding fixing as it was too expensive through Mazda, but I've now ordered one through Apple as I know it'll be another fast and easy fix. Being new to Nanaimo, so happy I lucked out finding these guys on my first repair and can't recommend them enough. Love "service" businesses that get that taking a little less up front almost always guarantees long-term relationships in the end. I will definitely use Apple for any other repairs and wanted to take a minute and commend them for their excellent service, rates, and honesty. You generally assume you're being screwed somehow when it comes to most car repairs. Really nice to leave an auto shop with the exact opposite feeling. Keep up the great work!

The great thing about Pristine Glass is that they have the in-house calibration equipment needed for more sophisticated vehicles that have rain sensing, heating elements and speed control sensors all affected by a windshield replacement. Most shops have to send your vehicle to another shop to have the sensor calibration work done. Pristine Glass can do that in-house!

Made an appointment for the next day, came in had the work done quickly and expertly. They were very easy to deal with and I will definitely go back in the future should I need work done on my windshield.

And damaged the hood too! The manager at Harbourview was the one to notice the hood damage and saw that it got repaired properly. They cleaned my car inside and out(it was SO dirty) and even replaced my wiper blades! You guys rock! LOL, don't take it personally if you guys don't see me again! Peace.
