He flat out refused. He would not speak to me and he would not offer any customer service to his record holding customer. The employees helped me as much as they could, however the owner shows no ownership to his business or customers. It's unprofessional and frankly just lazy on his part. The employees were good, and the work was good however with the complete disregard the owner shows customers I would avoid this place. He will ignore any problems that arise while you are there and insist his employees do the bare minimum to help you.

So now I'm stuck with a vehicle that doesn't work as it should, and if I want to get out of the lease, I'd have to pay $3,500 out of pocket. I've been leasing new vehicles for over three decades, and this is by far the worst car and the worst customer service I've ever experienced--from both Chrysler and this dealership. The police picked this tow company, and I was a nervous wreck after being hit. They wanted me off the highway quickly and didn't give me time to capture pictures. After I got to this tow yard and tried to take pictures of my vehicle, the old man literally slammed the gate in my face. They refused to let me retrieve my work equipment and initially wouldn't allow me to take photos of my vehicle until they were essentially forced to. They showed no compassion or understanding and made an already difficult experience even worse. I hope no one has to deal with having their vehicle towed here.

However, these guys at Griffith's Bump and Pain are so kind and were so patient with me. I got into a mini accident on Saturday which left me unable to open my passenger-side door. I brought my car in on the following Thursday, and they had it fixed the same day for a VERY reasonable price. They even touched up the paint for me just because they happened to have the right color paint. It looks just as good as it did before the accident (honestly slightly better). I am very thankful for their kindness and quick and quality work.
