I could have afforded to pay in full right away, but I didn't want to wait for my bank to write out a check to the dealership. Thinking it would be faster, I financed, thinking also that I would just pay it all off right away before any interest generated... there ended up being a period of several days in which interest was starting to accrue yet I wasn't able to start making payments and I accrued a little over $200 worth of interest. Chase blamed the dealer for this, something to do with how the paperwork was completed. Lasco's finance guy, Ben Willey's initial quote was for the wrong model (not even a Bronco). Also, Robert went on vacation the very next day after I signed papers, and for over a week I was calling the dealership and asking his colleagues for updates on the shipment but nobody had any information. Numerous staff members said they would call back, they never did. I was told I would get advance notice on the ETA of my Bronco so I could plan to be home when it arrived - the transporter called me 5 minutes prior, so I couldn't get out of work to be there, so I had to ask my neighbor to inspect and sign for it. After it arrived, there were a few issues. There were no temporary plates so I still couldn't drive it. Robert said he would have a front license plate bracket mounted, but it arrived without one. He also said he would throw a few hats or shirts in the Bronco, but he didn't. I kindly told him afterwards and he again said that he would send them, but he never did. I know that I am leaving out other issues, but it has been two years since then so I don't recall everything. I've since gotten emails from the sales manager Tanner Lee regarding other offers; I responded saying that based on my experiences I couldn't see myself doing business with them again, but he continues to send me these emails. I can be forgiving and see past one or two oversights, but after so many failures and broken promises in the midst of one of life's biggest purchases, I regret buying from that dealer. I don't regret getting the Bronco, I love it, but it was an awful experience from the time of signing until I received it.

Bought my maverick from Lasco, all the way from the UP. Sales person Emily was awesome.read more
