I asked for her name twice and she ignored my request and hung up the phone. With so many dealerships, I will chose to go elsewhere. "Make the Wise choice," and choose another location to buy a car.

On January 26th I had my battery replaced by Vic service dept. On April 2nd my vehicle shorted out…read moreand completely died. My mechanic recommended replacing the alternator, which I did. After the alternator was changed, discovered that the battery cables had never been tightened down and were constantly arcing. I approached Canavers's service manager about the issue and he said that he would take it to his boss and contact me with some form of compensation. A week later, I still haven't heard a word. If this is how the service department is run,then I can have very little faith in the rest of the organization.
