The vehicles panels were welded improperly, areas like floor pans were left crumpled up, corrosion protective coating was not applied in some areas, major structural body members were installed crooked, and the paint was terrible. The insurance company decided to deem the vehicle a complete loss because it would take a lot of cash to fix all the mistakes. The part that makes me very mad is how the staff at Gerber kept trying to convince my wife and I that the twisted up mess that they created was acceptable. Do not trust these people. I also wish like the other guy that I could leave a negative star review. These crooks not only shouldn't be in business, but they should be in jail! Not one bolt was put back in my car correctly after @$12K worth of repairs. They committed fraud by charging for parts that my car didn't require. They were paid for OEM parts and put in after market parts. They were paid for repairs that they didn't perform and also didn't make repairs on damaged parts that were essential to the safety of the vehicle. The owners put me, my family and everyone else on the road lives in danger by the work they did or didn't do! None of the work they did perform was done with any skill, care or pride. Everyone else burned by them should sue!! All photos are of Soja's Auto Body's work before I had to have it all redone at another shop that knew what they were doing and were actually honest. When I went into Soja's to talk to them about all my issues with their work, the owner Jeff just had a smile on his face, like the cat that ate the canary. Henry the director was supposed to be working with me after Tyler the manager was extremely rude. After my jeep was painted wrong a second time Henry avoided my calls. I now have a two tone jeep.
