I also wish like the other guy that I could leave a negative star review. These crooks not only shouldn't be in business, but they should be in jail! Not one bolt was put back in my car correctly after @$12K worth of repairs. They committed fraud by charging for parts that my car didn't require. They were paid for OEM parts and put in after market parts. They were paid for repairs that they didn't perform and also didn't make repairs on damaged parts that were essential to the safety of the vehicle. The owners put me, my family and everyone else on the road lives in danger by the work they did or didn't do! None of the work they did perform was done with any skill, care or pride. Everyone else burned by them should sue!! All photos are of Soja's Auto Body's work before I had to have it all redone at another shop that knew what they were doing and were actually honest. When I went into Soja's to talk to them about all my issues with their work, the owner Jeff just had a smile on his face, like the cat that ate the canary. Very sad this type of person is in business in our or any community. I too, wish I wrote a review sooner, but I had to wait for certain reasons. The whole story is much longer and more complicated, but you get the nuts and bolts of it. I just wish Soja's got it, but they don't. We went here a few years ago to get a Truxedo Low Pro Tannow cover put on our Dodge Ram. The…read moreinstall went fine and we didn't have any issues until recently. We went with this brand because we were told it had a lifetime guarantee. The latch wore out and the cover would not stay down. I brought the truck in and asked if we could get it fixed under warranty. Photos were taken and we were told they would file a warranty replacement. Brad told me he would call me. A week goes by with no call. I was told that they were waiting on parts. Two weeks go by. I call. Same story. Three weeks go by. I stop in. I explain I need this replaced so I can move my son home from college. He says he will follow up with the company and call me back. Did I get a call back? No. I called a few days later. A woman answered the call and said she would have Brad call back. Did he call back? No. A month and half goes by. Brad tells me he followed up and they are shipping the items. They will be here Wednesday the following week. I call the following Friday. He states that he doesn't have the parts. He would check. He would call back. Does he call me back? No. At this point it has been over a month and a half. I call Truxedo and ask if Brad from Diversified Creations made a warranty request. Truxedo tells me that there is no warranty request. She calls him and he says he is 'working with his supplier' for the warranty request and Truxedo told Brad they will work with me directly instead. Truxedo tells me that you don't go through suppliers for a warranty replacement - that's isn't how warranty replacements work. Obviously, nobody submitted the warranty replacement. Brad repeatedly told me he would get me the parts and they were on order but never even made the warranty request with Truxedo. Truxedo verified this. If you are too busy, or don't want to bother with the warranty replacement, just tell me so I don't waste my time. Don't give me the run around for almost two months and then make me find out through Truxedo that you never sent in a warranty replacement with them for my issue, even though you told me you did and the parts were coming in. You never bothered to call me back any of the times I called. I do not recommend working with this business.

However, these guys at Griffith's Bump and Pain are so kind and were so patient with me. I got into a mini accident on Saturday which left me unable to open my passenger-side door. I brought my car in on the following Thursday, and they had it fixed the same day for a VERY reasonable price. They even touched up the paint for me just because they happened to have the right color paint. It looks just as good as it did before the accident (honestly slightly better). I am very thankful for their kindness and quick and quality work.
