I needed to find a car wash that: - Ran credit cards (this one does Apple pay) - Had rug cleaning stations - Was nearby Because I was short on time and I was taking the express route on cleaning some weathered outdoor cushions. This place popped up as the, like, 25th search result, with just one lame review saying the credit card system didn't work, and a response from the owner saying there was an outage. Totally unhelpful, but I took the risk, followed the directions, found myself on a residential street and then suddenly, BAM, this random car wash appeared. It was great! Someone was there, doing maintenance. Generally clean, easy, exactly what I was looking for.

I finally decided that I was going to get it cleaned by a professional. They have a service, interior super clean, that focuses on vents, dust, sand, etc. It cost $48 but I needed it. The waiting area was nice. There are seats, a little convenient-store-like setup so I could buy snacks or air fresheners. No one inside greeted me but the guys outside were nice. At the end one even told me they have a shuttle service for detailing so that I don't wait in the future (I wish someone inside had said something like that). When I was shown my car there were some spots that still had sand remanence. Obvious spots. They cleaned that on the spot. I was happy! I thought they got all the sand out. However, three days later I hit a bump in the road and sand shot out of my vents. They said they used a shop-vacuum to get all the sand out, but it doesn't seem they went all the way. My car looked good for a few days. I went a few days without sand. The price was a little high. I wish I had been told I didn't have to sit and wait 45 minutes before hand, but they did the job.

They vacuumed my vehicle and dried her up and got her looking good! I got "the best" wash which is their best wash. It's full service where they will vacuum, wipe down your dash, dry up your vehicle, and shine your tires. At $25 it's the best deal in town! I've yet to see a comparable car wash that goes above and beyond like these guys to give you the best bang for your buck.

I called after 4:30 and he was able to get me in about an hour. He not only successfully removed the paint but took care of some unrelated issues. It was then I saw a big pile of bird poop that did not come off.. Certainly the man walking around wiping off my windows and doors would have seen it, but didn't bother to do anything about it. I went back through the line and they gave me a complementary car wash and got it off. Thank you. Today I went back to the same car wash with the same car, and told them there was bird poop on the rear of the car. Again after going to the car wash and having the man walk around dry off my windows, etc., there was still a big pile of bird poop on the car, which I did not notice until I got home. I also found a pile of bird poop on the front The service at the car wash is so limited. You think they could give us good service with the one or two people you interact with. Obviously not.
